Shuri burst into the room and sat down. "Sorry I'm late I was doing.... Stuff." She said and Peter came in in shock and looking rather disheveled.
"She, *pant* pushed me down the stairs!!" Peter yelled and glared at her. Shuri laughed and Loki just took them to the hallway. "Alright Peter.. Now you push her down the stairs and you'll be even." Loki said calmly and Peter immediately shoved her down.
"EVEN!" They yelled in unison and then Loki looked at them curiously. "What started this argument?" He asked and Peter laughed.
"Argument? Nah Mr.Loki we had a bet."
Earlier
"I bet I could sense it when someone's about to push me." Peter said thoughtfully and Shuri grinned. "And I bet you can't." She said and they shook on it. "Winner gets five dollars and a pop tart."
Three hours later
As Peter was about to go down the stairs to snack on some ice cream, he heard a loud thud and a scream. That's my scream... He realised and he reluctantly pulled out for dollars.
Present
"Oh I see." Loki said and went back to the meeting room.
