"Pet. Wake up." I opened my eyes to see Toby standing above me. Next to him was Tim and Brian. "Something changed. We need to leave as soon as possible."

"Why? What's happening?" I asked as I scrambled to my feet, grabbing my blanket. They didn't answer, only hastily leaving the door. As I followed, I could feel der Großmann's presence close behind. A dizziness washed over me, and I felt a small trickle of blood leak from my nose. "Guys-" I blacked out as they turned.

<Timeskip>

It wasn't until dark when I awoke. Though still dizzy, I was able to recognize Toby giving me a piggy-back ride as they all sped through trees and bushes. I rested my head on his shoulders, listening to his soft grunts, and feeling his arm twitch every few seconds. I couldn't keep my eyes open for too long, before the greens and browns blurred and caused me to become lightheaded. It wasn't long before I dozed off, lulled to sleep by the rhythmic thumping of the ground beneath us.

I wandered aimlessly. Trees seemed to repeat for sometime, until I found myself on a tree lined path. Darkness surrounded me, preventing my sight from exceeding directly in front of me. As I continued forward, still unsure of my goal, something caught my eye. But, when I gazed over, it was no longer there. So I continued on. Except, just my body. I watched myself from a third person point of view, following my body close behind as it pushed forward.

Some time passed before I heard a strange thud! Turning around, curious to see what distracted me, I saw my body on the ground. Advancing, fear suddenly consumed me. There I was, blood gushing from several deep, large gashes. Cuts covered me head to toe, bruises as dark as the black around me. Then, as I stepped closer to the pool of dark red blood, smelling the bitterness, I saw my face. Horror plastered on for all eternity, one of my eyes were unrecognizable, as it had been stabbed and dripping blood.

My eyes traveled down the corpse, landing on the arms and legs. Cuts ran up and down, thin but deep. They were more prominent near the wrist and achilles, but not on the main arteries. One of my arms was a dark purple, sticking out at an odd angle.

A dreadful sound of screams and cries echoed in my mind, growing louder by the second. I felt the shock set in, causing me to back up, covering my mouth, and beginning to hyperventilate. Tears pushed at the back of my eyes, and vomit threatened to spill onto the ground, mixing with the ever growing puddle around my body. My bloodied and matted hair soaked in the puddle.

Gore is finished. Thank you.

I woke to the feeling of cool rain drops hitting my face. Lifting my now cleared head, I realized I was alone, in a clearing. Darkened trees surrounded me, loose, dead branches dangling close to the ground. I stood, brushing off my clothes, and examining my surroundings.

Not even 30 seconds later, a rustling came from behind me. Spinning, I saw a silhouette emerge from the trees, relieved to see it was Toby. "(Y/N)! What happened? Are you okay?" I nodded, but not before he sprinted to me, checking me for any casualties. "What happened?" He repeated, nervously looking into my eyes. I backed up, seeing the worry in his sparkling, gold eyes.

"I don't know, I just woke up here."

"What do you mean?"

"What do you mean, 'what do you mean?', I just woke up here!" The panic started to set in, seeing as it was the first time neither of us had any idea what was going on.
