"Yn"

"Joshua" I squealed

I think I made that a little too bait I was excited to see him. Damn.

"What class you got first?" he asked

"Dance" I sighed

"Oh I have that too" his face lighted up

I think he's feeling me *dances in head*

"I guess we could go together, to class I mean..." I started twiddling my thumbs

"Sure"

We walked into class, oblivious that it had already started. We slipped into the crowd and I gave Paris a hug "Hey"

"Why you looking all happy today" Paris asked obviously curious, she looked me up and down and then looked at Joshua "Oh I see you Guurl" she winked

"Shut up" I playfully pushed her

"Yn and Paris" the dance teacher shouted sternly

We looked at her and she continued talking

"Okay class today we need to get into partners I will allow you to chose your partners today-

"That's all I needed" I said ignoring everything else the teacher had to say

"You wanna be my partner Yn?" a random boy said

"Nah, she's mine" Joshua growled

"Talk about feisty" me and Paris laughed

"I just had to let him know" Joshua nervously chuckled

"It's alright" I said grabbing his hand

When I reached for his hand we caught each other's eyes, we were staring for a few seconds and then we snapped out of it "So about that dance" I said

"Yeah the dance"

"Miss, what are we dancing too?" I called out across the classroom

"Show me"

"Ooo good choice miss" I shouted back

"This is gonna be easy" I rubbed my hands together

I thought of a dance routine in my head and brung it to life, I showed Joshua everything he needed to be do.

"And what are you going to be doing?" he asked

"Don't worry about me focus on you for now" I winked

Joshua aced all the dance moves, so the only thing left to do was try it all together with the music

"5, 6, 5 6 7 8" miss' voice echoed through the whole class

"Yeah that's right" I said encouraging Joshua to carry it out to the finish

Our routine fitted together perfectly, I actually stunned myself if I'm honest

"Wonderful" miss applauded

The bell rang, signalling that it was time for our next class

"Mathematics" I said in hope that Joshua had the same class

"Yeah, mathematics" he said and followed me to class

"Oh by the way, I'm just giving you a heads up we never do anything in this class we just pass notes to each other, get it?"

"Got it" he nodded in agreement

"Hi Georgia" I greeted the teacher

"I told you to stop calling me by my first name" she yelled

"Whatever" I replied and then I kissed my teeth and sat down in front of Joshua
