--- Lust's POV ---

Me and Blue were busy walking around the streets of New York, looking for any suspicious behaviour and basically sightseeing the whole city. I never had the chance to look around since I was in constant threat of those people. But, being a police officer seems really calming at some times. You have the chance to be at the front of parades, helping to keep the crowd calm as you watch it go by. You get to watch many bands singing on stage. It's really cool! If the citizens act maturely...

"Hey Lust! I'm going to get you something from that café. Do you want anything?" Blue asked me. All the people that I've met have always been rude but Dream and Blue definitely changed that.

"Um...hot chocolate?" I asked. I've never went to a café before so I said the one drink that is always the best.

"Sure! You can go round this area by yourself. Remember, if you need help, call through the walkie talkie!" Blue shouted as he walked off to the café. I inhaled deeply before slowly walking around the streets, holding onto the device carefully.

After a couple of minutes, I was getting the hang of it and I was walking calmly and without fear. Nothing special did happen since it was the afternoon and most of the people were at work or in the restaurant since it's already lunch. I took a quick peek in the café to see Blue talking with another skeleton wearing a orange hoodie. He was way taller than him but they were talking fine, probably old friends.

I went back out for another round until I see one of the citizens running towards me. I thought best to let him run past me since it looked like they were late for something. I took a step back but I noticed they weren't looking where they were going. It was too late until he bashed into me, causing me to fall over.

"Ow. Please look where you are going sir.." I said as I rubbed my head, looking up at the person who bumped into me. He looked at me and I could see the familiar red glow illuminating from the hood he hung over his head. However, I couldn't see his face while he muttered curses under his breath and ran off. Confused as ever, I tried to pinpoint where I saw those eyes but nothing was coming up. Suddenly, I heard the tapping over several footsteps towards me.

"ARE YOU OK LUST?!" Blue shouted as he scanned me for any injuries.

"I'm fine. Someone just knocked me over," I replied. I then looked up to see the skeleton with the orange hoodie holding two drinks.

"Um, hi?" I quickly said, not trying to be rude.

"Heya. So your the new student Blue's been talking about," he said in a calm manner as Blue helped me stand up.

"Yup! This here is my brother Papyrus!" Blue said.

"Or you can call me Stretch. Much easier," he commented. He handed me a drink and gave the other to Blue. "I'll see you around. Got some errands to do," He said as he walked off down the road. I looked down at my drink and immediately went to drink it. But the curse of the hot drink hit me as it burned my mouth.

"Ow ow ow hot," I fanned myself as my face was literally hot.

"Be careful Lust! Just open the cover and let it cool. It will be fine once we go back to the station!" Blue said as we started to make our way back to the office.

"I won't leave you. I promise,"

--- Error's POV ---

Night had already fallen and I was waiting in front of Geno's house, while hiding my identity in case anyone saw me. I saw three familiar people walking down the road and I went up to them.

"Sup,"

"HOLY-," Ink screeched until I put my hands over his mouth.

"Quiet!! You'll wake up everyone in this street if you keep it up!" I whisper-shouted as Ink took my hands off his mouth.

"Next time don't scare us like that!" Ink commented as Geno simply nodded.

"So, you know the way in the mansion?" Cross asked.

"Yup. Let's go now," I said as Geno unlocked the car. We quickly got in and we were on the road in minutes. Once we arrived at the mansion itself, we got out and I headed towards the woods.

"What are you doing?" Geno asked.

"Going to the secret passage. It's pretty deep in the woods so we may have to walk a while," I said. I could see the faces of displeasure as I simply scoffed. "It's just a walk, don't you do this all day?"

"Yeah but it's the middle of the night and we are tired!" Ink complained.

"I think we should just go and get it done with," Cross said as he took out his knife which was strapped on to his back. I was wondering how he could handle a knife that big and carry it around him but I couldn't complain. It was an advantage anyways.

Once I've freed the gang, I'll probably backstab these stupid officers and leave. I know they were going to send me to prison anyways. Promises are always broken. Aren't they?

We were walking through the forest, making careful steps since we were not able to use a light. That could easily trigger of one of his alarms. Throughout the entire walk, Ink had stumbled on tree roots about a million times, Geno was going extremely slow and Cross was right beside Geno the entire time.

"If it couldn't get any slower," I muttered to myself.

"Be happy we are actually trying to help you," Cross said.

"Yeah but you're going to make it even harder,"

"Just shut up and walk?" Geno interrupted. I gave a glare at Cross before walking. No wonder Reaper hates him so much.

After a long walk in the forest, I could see the faint light of a single light bulb glowing in the distance. Knowing I finally found the entrance to the secret passage.

"We finally found it!" Ink exclaimed as the others were relieved. I looked back at Geno who seemed rather off. He frantically looked around the area and Cross and Ink were muttering to each other.

"Quiet you two!" He quickly said as he looked around. I had no clue what he was doing but the other two went silent. That's when I heard the faint rustling of a bush. Someone was here.

I stood in a fighting stance as Geno slowly walked around the area. Cross had his knife out while Ink held out a gun. Geno made one final step towards to bush that was in front of him. After the crunch of leaves was heard, there was silence.

Suddenly someone jumped over the bush, wielding a weapon straight at him. Before I could say anything, a flash of silver went past me and hit the mystery person. Well, it didn't hit him but pinned his hoodie onto a tree bark. Once I went up for closer inspection I was surprised to see who it was.

"Horror?"
