——— Fell's POV———
"What?" He asked demandingly. I guess he did forget my existence.
"It's me. Your brother who lived with you since 7 years ago?" I questioned him, clearly obvious the tension was still there from all those years ago.
"Oh brother. I didn't expect you to come back," he said, his voice slightly dull and emotionless. Inside of me I felt guilty for leaving him behind, for all those arguments.
"Yeah. I'm back and I decided to visit you," I replied, looking away from his eyes.
"Well I'm kind of busy at the moment. Maybe.... we can discuss some things later-,"
"That's cool bro!" I immediately interrupted him. I honestly wanted to get every chance to build up the broken trust between us.
"Why don't you let us in? It's been a while since Fell has been here..." Ink asked, clearly trying to bait Red out.
"Umm..I'm very busy at the moment so I can't visit...." Red was again interrupted by Ink suddenly melting into a puddle of ink. All of us looked down at the puddle in shock but then a voice was heard from behind Red.
"That's a nice house you got here," Ink calmly stayed as he inspected the living room.
"Hey I didn't let you in!" Red shouted, making his way towards Ink. Before he could grab him, Ink shoved a card at Red's face.
"This here is a warrant to search your house. If you don't allow me, we'll see each other in court," Ink told as he put the card back on his pocket and continued to search.
Throughout the entire time I could see Red being very worried, definitely meaning he was hiding something. I sat on the sofa with Classic as Lust, Cross and Ink searched the area. An hour passed and they all met up at the living room.
"Seems there is nothing here," Cross stated as he scribbled something down his notepad. Suddenly a loud thud was heard from underneath the floor. Cross instantly turned to look at Red who seemed to be on the verge on panicking.
Lust looked at the rug below and wondered for a minute, not moments before pulling the rug off to reveal a hatch.
"What's underneath there?" Classic asked quietly as Ink pressed his non-existent ear onto the ground. He gave a nod to Cross before getting up and walking towards Red.
As he was about to tell Red something, the hatch cams crashing up as we saw someone being flung to the ceiling - that person had to be Error. He came falling down to the ground as he crumpled against impact. He slowly got up only to realise that we were here.
"What are yo-,"
"Move now!" He shouted loudly before pulling himself away from his position, crashing into Ink then Cross, making them move their direction. Not seconds flies by until a hooded figure appear.
"Your mistake of letting me go," He said darkly under his breath. Instantaneously, I saw the knife shoot past me, pinning his sleeve on the wall.
"We're not letting you go again", Cross said, his eye flaring his multicoloured eye lights.
"You again? When do you ever learn to take a break?!" He shouted demonically. Classic gripped my arm as he slightly cowered behind me. Looking at his actions, I fired up my magic which I hadn't used in a long time. A shield of bones appeared in front me, protecting the two of us.
——— Error's POV———
I blinked my eyes several times after crashing into the ink blot. After regaining my vision, I pushed him off of me and stood up. He quickly rubbed his head before standing up and noticing Geno."Cross you have a plan?" Ink asked him who kept a deadly lock on it.
"I have a plan. Just follow my lead," he muttered as he summoned another knife, smaller than the first and headed towards it. Before we knew it, it ripped the sleeve from the knife and dodged the attack.
"Grey ink!" Cross shouted as Ink pounced on it by surprise, managing to place grey ink around it.
"What is this? Paint?" It questioned, having some of it on its hands. Ink didn't answer but clicked his fingers. The grey ink had suddenly morphed into chains that had wrapped around it tightly. "Again?!" It screeched even further.
"Now Nightmare!" I heard Reaper shouting as I saw Nightmare come into the room, the staff glowing brightly. The forcefield was finally around him.
"That was close. Guess I can't even sleep now," Nightmare muttered as Reaper just patted him on the back.
"So... what are you doing here?" Ink said to me as he stood next to me, staring into my eyes.
"Living here," I groaned.
"You destroyed my house you pathetic idiot!" I saw Red telling off the entity as it laid on the floor, clearly annoyed by the yapping and yelling. I saw Fell and the skeleton wearing a blue jacket muttering to each other before Fell spoke up.
"Hey bro. Classic here doesn't mind if you stay with us until the house gets repaired," he said cheerfully. So that's he brother of Red.
"Are you alright?" I saw Cross helping Nightmare up who had fallen to the ground in exhaustion.
"Yeah I'm fine," he said rubbing his head in pain, soon realising that Cross didn't know who he was and expected him to be a normal citizen. I could see him slightly panicking since I was standing right there, witnessing the act.
"Guess I'm going to leave you some space," I chuckled as Cross didn't get it at all while Nightmare was on the verge of killing me.
"So hey. Why don't you tell us what's up?" I saw Ink standing at the doorway.
"I'll tell you what's up. This entity possessing Geno there is set out to fricken obey my father's command and wouldn't shut up!" I screamed, clearly annoyed of all the trouble we had to go through.
Knock knock
Ink opened the door to reveal Dream pushing past Ink.
"Hey Ink! I was loo-,"
That's when everything tumbled down when his eyes set on Nightmare's, the two of them looking at each other in shock.
"..Nightmare?.."
