A depressed abused girl with health issues is close to Zach but when he leaves to peruse his dream, they grow apart. They both miss each other, but they're both also very stubborn. They reconnect but it turns out to be a good thing and a bad thing...
We walked to the back door of the warehouse and Jonah opened the door. We walked and walked down halls and turned corners until we bumped into someone. "AHHHHH!" We all screamed. "Zach?!" Jack asked. "Jack!?" Zach asked. We all exchanged hugs and quietly celebrated.
Zach told us that Scott was trying to find him, so we needed to hurry up and get out of here. We went back the way we came and we were in straight sight with the door when Scott ran up behind us and fired his gun. He missed the first time, but the second time he got Corbyn in the leg. Jonah and I kept Corbyn from failing to the ground as we were still running. We opened the door and ran straight for the car. We got in the car and sped off and the cops caught Scott as we were leaving the scene, this time with Zach.
We raced to the hospital so that Corbyn wouldn't die of blood loss(a lot of sarcasm here😂). And so Zach could see M. We got to the hospital and a nurse took Corbyn to a room and Zach went to find Mekayla's room.
Zach's POV
After surviving Scott and his antics, I just wanted to be with Mekayla. We got to the hospital and I hopped out of the car and asked the lady at the front desk for her room number. "Mekayla Forner.....room 319," she smiled. "Thank you," I told her. I ran down the hall and ended up passing 319😂🏃🏻♂️. So, I trotted back and knocked on the door and Peyton opened it and she walked out as I went in. She looked over at me and her scared face turned into one of those cheesy Daniel grins😁. "Z-Zach you're ok," she muttered loud enough for me to hear. I walked over to her bed and sat beside her. "Yea I'm perfectly fine," I told her. She smiled and laid her head on my chest and I wrapped my arms around her.
When Scott kidnapped me I thought about something and I need to tell Mekayla about it. "Hey M there's something I need to tell you," I stated. She looked at me with a scared look and I knew that it was now or never. "I...I-I love you," I finally got out. She smiled at me and she said she loved me too. "Would you perhaps want to be my girlfriend," I said with a smirk and in a British accent. She giggled. "I think I might take you up on that," she responded with a British accent. "So would that be a yes," I questioned Britishly. She nodded with a huge smile.
She yawned and laid her head on my chest and I kissed her forehead and rubbed her back. She was out like a light and holding on to me for dear life. I knew she was still scared, so I held onto her to comfort her.
*NEXT MORNING*
Mekayla's POV
I woke up to Zach holding on to me and his soft snores. He's so cute when he sleeps. I moved slightly and his arms tightened around me and he shot up. I laughed and he playfully punched my arm. "Five more minutes," he said groggily. "Getting up isn't an option, they're letting me go home today," I said excitedly. He didn't move, so I had no choice but to attack him. I poked him in his side and he shot up again giving me the death glare. I giggled and kissed him on the cheek. I got up out of the hospital bed and changed into some regular clothes that Peyton bought me, and put my hair in a messy bun.

After what seemed like forever Zach finally got up. He didn't have a shirt on and I ended up staring at his abs. And let me tell you that that was a really nice view😍😂. He noticed and smirked at me then pecked my lips. I started blushing even more, and that caused Zach to laugh. He put a shirt on that the guys brought for him and went to the mirror to fix his hair as I stopped him. "Zaaaach do not under any circumstances fix your messy hair," I stated. "Why?" He asked. "Because I love it messy," I told him. He smiled and agreed to keep it messy.
It was 11:42 PM and the doctor's said they could release me once I filled out some paperwork. Peyton filled it out the day before, so I didn't have to. Zach grabbed all of my stuff, even though I had it he wouldn't let me get it. I let him be a gentleman and we walked out of the hospital and got into Zach's car.
We drove back to the boys' house and since I just got out of the hospital, Zach wouldn't let me stay alone. So it was either their house or Peyton's. I love Peyton to death, but now that she and Daniel are a thing, there's not a lot of privacy in her apartment. We were in the car listening to the 8 letters album (if you haven't checked out the album then you are not living right😂❤️). I knew all the words to every song and Zach smiled at my knowledge. "I really love your voice M, I wish you'd sing for me more," he said as he looked at me. "I do sing for you," I defended as we both laughed.
We pulled up at the boys' house and before we got out, Zach grabbed my hand and looked me in the eyes, smiled and kissed me passionately. I smiled back and pinched his rosy cheeks. We opened the door to the house and unusually it was quiet. The boys are usually keeping up noise and causing a ruckus, but the house was quiet🤔sketchy. Zach told me that the guys were all at the beach and they were gonna be back for my welcome back dinner that they planned later tonight. I smiled at the thought of those five trying to plan a dinner.
Zach took my stuff up to his room and came back downstairs. He had a smirk on his face and came towards me and picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. "Zaaaaaaaach let me go," I yelled and laughed at the same time. He sat me down on the couch and looked at me straight in the eye with his big brown eyes. "I'll never let you go," he said as he kissed me. It made me blush and grin like an idiot, but I finally felt happy. Zach is what makes me the happiest girl in the universe and knowing that he loves me as much as I love him makes it all worth it😊. For the rest of the day Zach and I cuddled on the couch and watched Netflix and took cute Instagram pics.
