It's the next day and it's also the time of the gender reveal party and Lex isn't here yet.
Lana and Clark walk up to me. "Do you want to reveal the gender of the baby now Sam?" Lana asks.
"No, I want Lex to be here when we reveal the gender," I say.
"Do you know where he is right now?" Clark asks.
"No I don't."
My phone suddenly rings and it's Lex. "Hello," I say.
"Hey, babe," Lex says.
"Where are you right now?"
"On my way home from Metropolis. Why?"
I walk inside. "How far away are you from Smallville?"
"I don't know maybe an hour to an hour and a half. Why do you want to," Lex stops himself and realizes that the gender reveal party was at 2. "Sam, look I am sorry about the party. I promise that I will make it there as fast as I can."
"Do you want me to tell them that we can wait til tomorrow to reveal the gender?"
"No, I am almost home. Please don't reveal the gender yet."
"We haven't yet. We have been waiting for you to reveal the gender."
"Ok I will see you when I get home ok. I love you."
"I love you to."
I hang up the phone and go back outside.
"So where is he?" Lana asks.
"He's about an hour to an hour and a half away," I say.
"So he's on his way home?"
"Ya. We will wait until he gets here to reveal the gender."
"Ok that's fine."
