Chapter 5: Protection ¤

The students had arrived at Hogwarts marvelling at the huge castle. All of the students went in but was confused when they saw 2 new persons wearing a mask at the either side of the teachers table like they were guarding them, most likely obviously.

This were creeping out the students, I mean when those hallow eyes looked at them as if they were staring at their own souls, so they tried and avoid eye contact if possible.

After the 1st years was sorted to their Houses, Dumbledore stood up making the Great Hall quiet down waiting for his announcement. "Everyone, I know that all of you must have noticed today but, we have 2 new guests that will be joining us this year. This newly guest are what you call an ANBU on which had been tasked to protect this school and also been sent from a Wizarding school from Japan called Konohagakure no Sato of Highly Advance Magic and Military Purposes. I hope all of you treat them well."

Murmurs had already started but soon quiet down from Dumbledore clearing his throat to gain their attention. "As I was saying, this guest will be roaming around the school premisis, checking every room and corner until day to night. And please be warned, do not make them angry since they can be a little aggressive."

After Dumbledore's announcement and warning, he all told them to go back to their dorm rooms. While the Gryffindors were all walking out, Kitsune nodded to Harry who waved shyly while Ron was staring at Raven's tall intimidating form. "Hn", Raven grunted as he looked at the trio.

Kitsune sigh," Stay safe."

The trio smiled at Kitsune's protectiveness, they actually though of her as their own older sister. "He's getting all studdorn and idiotic again, I'm sorry about him Raven", Hermione said looking apologetically at Raven.

"Hn."

"Talk properly Raven."

"Its fine."

"Well you three, you better go back to your dorms. Raven and I will talk to the Headmaster."

Raven turned to his partner and nodded with Kitsune giving the trio a last wave before they shunshin away surprising the whole students even the trio, since they know that you can't apparate in the castle because of all the charms surrounding the place. But the ANBU didn't tell them that it was all just called shunshin not apparation which did wonders to them.

The trio let out of their shock state and immediately continued walking out the Great Hall avoiding all the curious and shocked stares they'll be getting. I mean come on, they were having scary dudes or dudettes to protect them and yet the trio just casually talks to them like they know each other .

Oh the poor poor students, they won't know what'll hit then.

~Tomorrow Morning~

The trio unexpectedly woke up early. It was a surprise to both Harry and Ron since they always woke up the last, except for Hermione since she always woke up. So the trio immediately prepared themselves and walked down the spiral staircase to the Great hall.

They were bombarded with questions when they were walking. Some questions like:

"Hey mate, how do you know them?"

"Are they ninjas?"

"Do you think they can protect us?"

Something along those lines. Good thing they escaped or else they won't be having any breakfast. So while walking, they have a little conversation of their own.

"What do you think both of them did?"

"What do you mean by that Hermione?"

"I meant that how can they just apparate inside the castle when your not allowed to apparate here."
