Aiden's POV

"Shit do you think he's alive?" said a female voice

"Of course he's alive dumbass, he's breathing" said a male voice

I slowly lift my left eye and instantly regret it because of the sun, I see a blurry figure approach and squat at my side. I try to move my right arm but fail

"oh shit Aiden" Said the figure helping me up slowly

My vision focused and I saw before me Abby, Will, Ryan, and Lizz

"Hey man you okay?" Asked Ryan, I nodded "but my arm fucking hurts like hell" I said roughly due to the lack of water

"Yeah, we think you might have sprained it" Said William, I sighed. Then realized we were on sand, looking around to find a lot of greenery a few feet away from the beach. I turned my attention back to everyone and saw Lizzie go from a slightly calm look to a freaking out look, she looked at me and frowned, "what is it Lizzie?" Asked Will

"Where is Emmalyn" she asked worried

Panic over took me and I could feel the colours drain from my face, "I thought she was with you guys?" I asked but they shook their heads

"Shit, we need to look for her" I said and began to stand up, Ryan helping me in the process, Abby walked towards me and shook her head "no Aiden your hurt, you stay" She said. Lizzie nodded her head "as much I hate to agree with her, she's right Aiden" Said Lizz, But I didn't listen, I began to walk be hide me to look for her, I look be hide me to see Will and Abby walking near the forest and lizzie walk on the opposite side of the beach, Ryan following me. I began to yell out her name in hopes for a reply Ryan doing the same, but we heard nothing. I saw a big log laying half in the blue waters and the other half on the sand. I walked over to it and climbed on top Ryan not far be hide me 

I looked to my left, where I came from but saw nothing now looking out to sea, "Come on munchkin where are you?" I asked in a hush whisper 

Continuing to look out to sea something shines in my eye, but I pay no attention. It again shines in my right eye now having my full attention and I look to my right and my heart both drops and is relieved

There in my sight is a limp Emmalyn laying half in water and half on wet sand, the waves forcing her beautiful brown hair up then back down. I run over to her still body scared that I might be too late, Ryan follows be hide me

"I'll go get the others" he said in a panic voice and I nodded, Watching his body getting smaller due to the distance we walked. I turn my attention back to Emmalyn she's wearing white shorts and a grey hoodie, her back facing me. I turn her over and looked at her stomach, looking to see if she breathing, also grabbing her wrist and lifting my fingers to her neck looking for a pulse, but found nothing
