See You Again

Why don't you want to talk to me,
What don't you want me to see,
That certain side of you I thought I already seen,
I didn't see what could of been;

I tried my best to talk to you,
But you don't want to see it through,
I thought I gave you the best of my love,
But out of all the things I tried, you wanted none of the above,
However, I guess that's okay,
You didn't want me or my love anyway;

I thought we were close,
I guess it just all comes and goes,
Not everyone stays together,
Though when thinking about it,
The pain gets harder,
Days seem to be longer,
And the voices in my head that blame me get louder and louder;

I want to know how I can fix it,
But I know I can't,
I wish sometimes that it wasn't it,
Like it never would of happened,
At times like that, we would of been laughing;

I miss you,
But I know you don't,
I think of you,
But I know you don't,
I both dream and have nightmares of you,
But I know you don't;

I wish I can see you again,
But we'll just have to leave it at that;
