Chapter Five

"Hey Lou, can you come with me for a minute?" Harry asked. Louis nodded and followed Harry into the house. I sat outside on the sunbed tanning, while Liam, Zayn, and Niall were in the pool.
It was nice for a minute. The sun beating down on my skin, then a second later it was gone. I opened my eyes to see all 3 guys standing there, dripping wet.
"Can I help you?" I asked, lifting up my sunglasses.
"Do you like Louis?" Niall blurted out.
Yes.
"I don't know." I lied.
"You're lying." Zayn pointed out.
"Ugh." I groaned, sitting up in my seat. Liam took a seat next to me, while Zayn and Niall sat across from me on the other sunbed. "This doesn't leave this group. Deal?"
"Deal." they all said in unison.
I sucked in a deep breath. "No I don't like Louis." I started.
"But he likes you." Niall said.
"Would you let me finish?" I grunted and smacked his arm.
"Sorry." he muttered, rubbing his arm.
"I don't like Louis... I love him." I whispered.
"So why don't you two just get together already? You both like each other." Zayn stated.
"I want to get to know him more. I want to see if we have a connection, you know? Like if we kiss I see sparks or when we hold hands I get little tingles. Stuff like that." I answered.
"You're such a girl." Liam laughed.
"Well if you haven't noticed, I am one." I said sarcastically.
"Yeah Liam, she's got boobs." Niall chuckled.
"Well glad to know you look at my boobs, Niall." I joked.
"I didn't mean it like that." he blushed.
"It's cool Niall. I'm just kidding." I giggled.

"What happened with you and Lex earlier?" Harry questioned.
"Well she cut herself." I trailed and hopped up onto the counter.
