thirteen - bae joohyun ✖️

Chaeyeon's POV

"bae joohyun" i said.

"i miss her already, she complimented my outfit when she is literally the prettiest girl in school" jihyun sighed.

taehyung was lying on the sofa, eating some doritos.

"i think we should go look for her, we have all day" namjoon said.

it was saturday and we didn't have anything to do.

"yeah, we should actually try instead of just stumbling around in the forest and find the missing person bumping into us" namjoon said.

"alrighty then" jihyun stood up.

"jihyun, you're not going out in that" namjoon groaned.

she looked down at her kermit onesie.

"what are you on about?" she asked, bewildered.

i picked her up and shoved her in the bathroom, throwing some of her clothes in there.

"get changed" i told her.

i heard her whine from behind the door.

"anyways, where do you think she could be?"

"i doubt she would be in the forest" taehyung said.

"then where would she be?" i scratched my neck.

namjoon paused.

"i think.. we should just go around the area and look for her" namjoon explained.

we both nodded.

jihyun came out of the bathroom, properly dressed.

"so what we doing?" she asked.

"walking around aimlessly and hoping to find joohyun" i explained.

she nodded.

we picked up our belongings and headed off.

"have you seen this girl?" namjoon asked, flashing joohyun's class profile infront of an elderly couple.

they shook their heads and bowed apologeticly.

we were doing this for nearly two hours now and no luck yet.

jihyun sighed.

"we can't just ask random people if they saw a missing girl" she said.

"to be honest, i have no other way" namjoon shrugged.

i saw a hooded figure dash past me like they were in a hurry.

i tensed up.

"why were they in such a hurry?" taehyung raised an eyebrow.

"don't know, it's kind of suspicious.." i trailed off.

"let's go follow him, we have nothing better to do" jihyun said and walked towards the hooded figure direction.

they weren't all in black, they were wearing normal clothes but with a black hoodie which covered their face.

we followed their footsteps and stumbled into a rough looking area.

cigarettes, glass bottles and syringes containing a strange substance were left lying around the place.

this area looked to be out of town.

it was quite empty, not many people about.

"i don't like this" jihyun whispered in my ear.
