It has now been nine months since I last spoke to anyone from the band. John did try to phone me most nights, but I was too scared to even pick it up to talk to him and he was never home when the band returned to the UK. As for Roger, the last time I heard his voice was during that argument in the studio. I haven't even seen Elizabeth or Eva in ages, it was that bad. But some good news did come, as I found out that I did get my degree in English Literature. So I was packing everything in boxes, to head back home to Newcastle with my family. The radio was turned on as I was putting my clothes in my suitcase. Queen had recorded another album which was doing so well around the world. A Night At The Opera stormed to the top of the charts after the massive success of Bohemian Rhapsody. Everytime I heard the song, I did smile a little, proud that the band had a number one single at last, but I kept thinking of both Roger and John, and how much trouble we were all in.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. I opened it in surprise to see Elizabeth standing there.

"Lizzie?" I exclaimed as she hugged me. "Wow, hi!"

"Hey, girl!" She cheered. "Been such a long time hasn't it? Why haven't you been back in the studio?"

"Well, things have been really busy lately, with packing everything up and moving out of flats."

She walked around the room, seeing all the boxes. "Wow, you have been busy! So I'm guessing you haven't heard from Minnie at all?"

I shook my head. Minnie moved out of the flat shortly after she kissed Roger. Since then, I haven't even seen her face. People have told me that she didn't like college anymore and soon moved away. Nobody knew where, but they did know, she wasn't coming back here. And I didn't really care, she can live her own life, as she messed up mine.

"I've missed our girly chats though! Need someone to talk about weddings with, alongside Eva of course!" Elizabeth said sounding excited as we sat down on the couch.

"Of course! Forgot you were engaged! Organised a date yet?" I asked.

"No, not yet. As Queen have been doing so well recently, we haven't had the time to organise anything!" She turned around to face me and was suddenly nervous.

"That's why I've come here. I wanted to tell you something."

I looked at her. "What's up?"

She looked at me, smiling sweetly. "I've asked Eva as well, but would you like to be my other maid of honour?"

I gasped in delight, nearly crying with joy. "Oh, Lizzie!"

I hugged her tightly and we both squealed and bounced on the sofa. We were swinging each other left and right, still hugging as I was so happy that she asked me.

"Liz, I would be delighted!" I beamed at her and she smiled back.

"I have another thing to ask you. Will you come with us, well Queen, on their American tour?"

My face fell. I didn't expect her to ask that.

"Liz, you know I can't do that. Me and Roger can't stand to be in the same room with each other. As for John, I haven't even said two words to him since."

"But that was months ago! Things have moved on since then, the boys are much more mature, focused. It'll be great fun with you there! Plus, we'll actually get to see the whole of America this time! And we can talk about wedding dresses! Eva's coming too, it'll be great! Please..." She said, looking at me, raising her eyebrows.

She did have a point, as the last one was cut short so it would be good to see the whole thing. And she did need me. After thinking about it for a moment, I sighed at her.

"Alright."

"Yay!" She cheered, putting her arm around me.

"It better be good. And hopefully Roger has matured as you say and we can now finally get over this." I said, not entirely convinced.
