{12} coffee

I left his room and went back to my dorm room. I knew that Raven and Octavia would ask me questions, like where were you, who did you stay with, why are you still in your dress, and I wasn't ready to go lie to them yet. I took the long way to my room so I had time to come up with an answer to all these questions. On my way I saw this cute little coffee shop and decided to get coffee for them. I ordered mine and Ravens usuals and guessed for Octavia, since I didn't know her coffee order.

"I have coffee!"

"Stop screaming and go away!" Raven growls at me from the couch and covers her head in a pillow

"Glad to see you made it home last night." I joke

"Shut up. I woke up at 2:30 this morning with a fucking headache, a sticky arm and I had no clue where I was."

I only laugh.

"Glad you find it funny you jerk. Now give me my coffee."

"Your usual."

"An iced espresso with 2 pumps white mocha, almond milk and extra ice?"

"Yep."

"What did you get for yourself?"

"I got a blended Carmel mocha, with extra caramel and cream."

"What did you get me?" Octavia asks as she enters the room.

"I didn't know what to get you since we've never got coffee together so I guessed. I got you a regular iced coffee with cream and a splash of Carmel. And I asked for almond milk, since I do in fact know you prefer that over regular milk."

"I've never had that before. Thanks Clarkie."

"So, I'm putting it out there now. The coffee was so you didn't ask where I was last night cause I'm not in the mood to talk about it."

"No problem, we weren't interested. Isn't that right Rae?"

"That's correct. We just want to tell you to be safe and use protection." Raven laughs

"Will do mom." I laugh and leave to me room.

"I'm going out with Lincoln! I'll be back this afternoon!" Octavia yells to me before she leaves

I set my coffee on my dresser, I take my jewelry off, and brush through my messy hair. I take my makeup off and flop on the bed. I get up to take a shower, but before I can Raven walks into my room.

"What's up?" I ask

"Who was it?"

"You have to promise you wount tell anyone. Especially Octavia. She'd hate me."

Raven signs. "Clarke don't tell me you slept with her brother."

"I did. And we kind of made this deal up. But I'm not going to tell you about that. I'm still trying to figure out how I feel about that myself and don't need your judgement."

"I'm not gonna judge you Clarke. We're in college and I want you to have fun. Just be careful, remember what Octavia said."

I nod and she pats my knee as she gets up to leave. I get off the bed and pull my dress of. I throw it in my hamper and grab a change of clothes out of my closet before I head to the bathroom.

After my shower I throw on a pair of sweatpants and a tank top. I didn't have any plans today and didn't plan on leaving my bed, I was going to binge watch IZombie today. Start to finish while eating popcorn and any other junk food I could find.

3 episodes in and someone is already disturbing me. Raven knocks on my bedroom door and let's herself in.

"Clarke, it's 1:30 in the afternoon and you haven't done anything today. I'm going to the gym, you should come with me."

"Rae, you know I love you and the fact that you go to the gym daily. But I'm not in the mood. I'll go to the gym with you sometime okay? I promise."

"You better. After New Years, your coming with me every time."

"Wear that workout outfit and I'm not gonna be able to focus. Then taking me will be pointless."

"I'll be sure to wear baggy sweats and hoodie when you start coming with me."

"Thanks babe. Now go, have fun. I'll be here stuffing my face."

She laughs as she jogs out of the room.
