There was a time when;
I only thought of what I can't instead of what I can
Darkness was my whole world
The scream of my pain is alone what I heard
I watched each tear crash the ground
For that was the peace I barely found
I believed everything it said
'It' was the disturbing demon which inside I had
Doesn't everyone deserve a chance to breathe in harmony?
I asked no one but just me
I found light in the day I decided to change
The day I decided it was okay to be strange
The day when I overcame the demon
And became only human
The day I changed was the day I found hope
Hope that will never be dead
Hope that ever lasted...
