I sat here watching Ariadne heading into Walmart as all of the kids are still sleeping I pull out my phone and started to search for daycares so Ariadne wouldn't have to since she got us a job I should at least look for the daycare. I made a list of five daycares in walking distance of the house and it works out perfectly all we need to do now take a tour.

as I looked back at the kids I saw they all are still asleep and it's only five so they should be waking up soon, as I looked at the entrance of Walmart to see if Ariadne is coming out I saw Luca,Thalia and Katie, Mason. I haven't taked to Mason and Luca for a while now and I don't think Ari has talked to Katie and Thalia. just as they walking all smiles Ariadne is walking out with the cart and they all just freeze.

I started the car and drove to the entrance and Katie, Luca, Mason, and Thaila just looked over at me and you can see them tense up like we all are stranger.

"Hey guys..." Ari said breaking the silence

"hey." Thaila said

"how are the little ones." she asked them

"they are going they are at a playdate while we are going on an indoor double date." Katie said not making eye contact with Ariadne.

"Oh I see you all got together and I didn't even know cool I'm happy for you guys so we got to go and make dinner for the kids so uh bye," she said speed to the car

"Ari wait." the girls said as I hop out and helped Ariadne put the groceries in the car as quick as possible

"no it's fine, have fun really." she said as she put the cart in the cart returned and hopped in the passager seat

"dude." I heard Luca shoat

"yeah." I said pretty annoyed at the moment

"we cool." Mason asked

"Nah not really see ya around," I said and got in the car and drove off

on the way home all you could hear is Ariadne sniffles of her trying not to show me she's crying, I understand how's she's feeling our best friends got together which is great but didn't want to share the news with us leaving us out of group actives. it's a low blow, once I pulled into the driveway Ariadne got out and went to unlock the door I got out and grab cole and Owen's car seat as Ari came back and grab the girls car seats. once they were inside I went and got the groceries. as I got back inside I saw Ariadne crying while unbuckling the girls and putting them in their crib.

hey look at me I understand you're feeling a little hurt right now that they didn't come to tell you that they have a relationship or didn't ask us to watch their kids even if we couldn't for they could go on a date but it's fine to let's have our own fun." I said while holding her face and wiping her tears away I saw a smile creep onto her face and she wiped her tears away

"yeah okay let's have our own fun, us and the kids." she said

"yeah our little family" I said looking into her eyes

"yes our family." she repeated staring back at me

I could help myself but to look at her lips and as my eyes stare at them I see she bites them like she's teasing know what I want to do. I look back up at her and she's staring at my lips, I take that as my cue and I kiss her eagerly but gently. as we move in sync I'm losing air but I don't want it to end, we break apart to catch our breath.

"wow," she said

"yeah." and that's where the girls start to whimper and that's our cue to make dinner.

"we always get interrupted huh," I said

"yeah we are but we can have plenty more kisses if you play your cards right," she said as she left the room.

I don't know what she's doing to me but that girl is changing me for the better, I get out of my trance and lock the door and take Owen out of his car seat while Ari is changing the girls, cole is sleeping on the couch so I decided to pick him up and bring him to his bed. once I get into the kitchen I start to put the groceries away and take out what we can cook tonight.

I decided we could eat some rice and chicken just as I was about to start cooking Ari came back into the room with the girls changed into some matching pj's and once she put them down in their crib Owen started crying.

she looked at me as she walked over to him and picked him up, "it's like he knew it was his turn." she said and walked out of the room once I put the rice in the put and started the chicken I saw Cole's bedroom door open and his sleeping form walk out with tears down his face. I quickly wiped my hands and went over to him

"hey, bud what's wrong." I asked him

"I had a bad dream," he said wiping his tears

I scooped him up and walked him over to the kitchen, " it was just a dream okay bud, do you want to help me cook dinner and maybe if you eat all your food we can have ice cream for dessert, how does that sound." I said to him

"good and I want to help." he said

"okay here go put this on the table," I said as I put him down and handed him napkins.
