Hey just look at me for a second Lucas said grabbing crystals wrist and swinging her around .
Just leave me alone Lucas , don't you think I've been though enough I don't know what I was thinking anyway . Crystal said turning her back on him
And that's supposed to mean huh? Lucas asked catching up with her .
Nothing just forget it I'm going to the house and getting my stuff okay . I'll get out of your way okay. Crystal said wiping a tear from the corner of her eye.
Listen can we just talk tomorrow. I'll take you back to the house , I'll even sleep on the couch just let me explain tomorrow. Please crystal let me explain . Lucas said moving her hair behind her ear .
Fine . Crystal said rolling her eyes and getting in the passenger seat of the truck .
Lucas POV
As I was ridding honey I couldn't help but to keep looking over at crystal . She was looking outside of the window the whole car ride . It's like she was in deep thought . I just wanted to know what was in that sexy mind of hers. What she was thinking about . The last thing I want to ever do is hurt her . But I did and I don't know if she's going to forgive me . I pulled up in the drive way and took one last look at her before putting the car in park and I saw tears falling down her face .
That shit hurt my heart .
Cryst— I didn't get to finish my sentence she interrupted me saying
"I'm fine" , she wiped her face and went in the house .
I let out a huge sigh and put my head on the steering wheel for a minute just thinking .
Crystals POV
I don't know what hurts more the fact that he let that hoe kiss him or the fact that he lied to me about where he was going .. I thought he had work to do .. that definitely didn't look like work to me . Or was it that I thought there was an US .. how could I be so stupid a guy like him could never fall for a girl like me .. he's Lucas freaking Coley .. I'm just Crystal .. I couldn't help but let some tears fall I couldn't hold them in any longer my throat gave out on me. I just sat on the floor of the shower crying for what it felt like an eternity . I knew this was all to good to be true . I'm damaged and nobody's ever going to want me I'm just going to have to accept it .
Lucas POV
She was in the shower for 35 minutes I know because I was staring at the clock the whole time . I was scared of what she was doing in there . I know about crystal cutting and I just hope she doesn't do it again because of me .. then I heard the shower stop
She got out the shower . Looking beautiful as ever . She looked at me and quickly walked away down stairs ... she was down stairs for a while so I decided to go down stairs and check on her and I found her on the couch sleep and decided to sneak I picture .

She is so beautiful.. I'm going to get her trust back no matter how long it takes . She's mine .
I covered her up with a blanket and turned the light off in the living room . I went to my room and slept on the floor that night . Just thinking about her .
The Next Morning 🌞 Lucas POV
I woke up to the damn sun shinning right in my face , it's anew day so I know I had to face these problems with crystal sooner or later . I got off the floor and took a look in the mirror . Grabbed a hoodie out my closet and walked down the stairs into the kitchen . I saw crystal sitting at the table eating a bowl of cereal scrolling through Instagram .
Can we talk ? I said sitting at the table across from her
I guess . She said quietly
Listen I'm going to tell you where I was really at before I walked into that club last night .
She looked up at me . I know knew I had her full attention
We found your mothers "boyfriend" I had to teach him a lesson , for hurting you , for making you think your damaged . He didn't deserve to live here on this planet anymore . So I took him off of it . I said shrugging my shoulder .
She was quiet after I said that , quiet for what it seemed like forever .
thank-you Lucas for trying to help me but I don't want you getting in trouble for me .. no more killing people for me okay . I will not see you end up in jail just because somebody hurt me . I'm fine okay? she sat on my lap and gave me a hug.
How could she possibly think I wouldn't kill for her . I'd do it again and again if it meant that they wouldn't hurt her anymore . Nobody's ever gonna lay a hand on that pretty head of hers ever again . Or there gonna wish they weren't alive after I'm done with them .
I'd give up all these hoes for just one crystal . She's everything man .
Why did you let that girl kiss you at the club.. crystal said with her head down still sitting on my lap facing towards me .
I really didn't know what to say ..
I was high .. i was drunk .. which was all true but they were all excuses . She doesn't deserve an excuse like that .
It's fine Lucas .. I just need some time alone okay crystal said starting to walk up stairs .
She walked back down with a small packed book bag .
I'll be back soon okay ..will and India are outside .. bye
Lucas just stood there watching her leave not a word said .
CRYSTAL POV
I got into the car as fast as I could because I already regretted leaving him .
Hey love , my sister said pulling me into a hug . I laid my head on her lap while she ran her fingers through my hair .
Everything is going to be okay Krys . Will looked back at me from the front seat .
Then all of a sudden I got a message .
Unknown. Sooo no more Lucas to protect you huh ? Good I'll be around soon gorgeous . It's not over u til I say 😘. Goodnight .
I quickly turned my phone off and closed my eyes and pictured Lucas
