chapter 5: to camp half-blood

~~~ 1 month since Soren's return~~~

~~artemis's pov~~

i see soren doing his chores, and it is about lunch time and i notice him cooking his headphones on, i can hear him humming before he sings softly his voice soft but strong he sings the toon he dancing while he cooks tossing a potato in the air drawing his sword cutting it up tossing it  in a pot before cutting peppers and i notice him go for a ghost pepper smiling evilly cutting it into small bit draining it of its juices and grabbing a 3 habanero peppers doing the same putting it in a shot glass muttering something before downing the juice licking his lips before washing his hands of the juices then continues to cook i walk in asking" so what are you making today boy" it feels wrong for me to put him in the same category as most males but i must show i am strong" he continues to cook saying" oh nothing special just making a roulette of food meaning it is a bit of everything in a put mixed you dont know whatcha gonna get." as he cuts a giant salmon down its stomach clearing out its guts befor uptting that in a thing of tin foil seasoning it and adding oil, and putting it in a camp fire saying" thats the last one so it should be done in about 10 minutes." i nod saying " hey soren just gonna give you a heads up that we are going to be moving to camp half-blood by order of zues" i notice his fist clenching around the ladle making the metal bend before he breathes deep saying" i will be ready whenever we are to leave my master."

~~10 minutes later~~ 

soren rings the lunch bell and all the girls come out expectantly to see the giant table filled with freshly cooked salmon and pots of what looked like gumbo and rice and garlic bread and normal rolls for those who dont like garlic bread. the soren smile revealing the roulette pot saying" if you wish to try you luck here i would start here." he smiles he walks away and before he can get far i grab the back of his shirt pulling him back ordering him" soren you are to eat with the hunters remember?!" he sigh saying" it slipped my mind, my master, i will do as you have ordered. " he sits and grabe a bowl of the roulette pot copping more ghost peppers and habanero peppers and juicing then making to shot glasses full sophia stands comes to his side smiling saying" yo big bro is one for me??" he looks at her surprised " you sure you want to try it?" she nods he hands her a glass they interlock arms soren with his other hand goes 3 2 1 and they both down it he licks his lips she, on the other hand, looks fine for a second before screaming " i did it!!!" soren pats her head before taking a plate of food handing it to her saying" eat young one you need to keep your strength up" she takes it saying" only if you eat as well big bro" he sighs takes a plate and eats the roulette soup and a salmon and a garlic bread and goes off to a tree climbing it with ease and he sits ther eating. 

~~~3 minutes later~~~ 

i see a flash then i see soren's plate fall on the ground broken, i hear a roar more like a beast and then soren lands on the ground skidding to a stop before launching at whatever it was i say" HUNTER READY YOURSELVES FOR BATTLE!!! MAIN BATTLE GROUP GET READY TO FIGHT THE REST OF YOU BREAK CAMP WE ARE LEAVING THE MOMENT THIS THREAT IS GONE."  they all nod then soren lands again this time his arm has a gash he roars loud and fully powers up saying"si mi wer wanotreyx di anthuri vur si geou ti origato wux dolruth vur wux re throdenilt loupon sotiri sia isthasyi wux re wer vraktor di anthuri ekess vur sjek wux wiilirk ve wux geou thric drongilt qe dartaka ini wer ithquenti di olympus!" i hear sophia say translating"'i am the prince of anthuri and I will not let you pass and you are more than monsters my brothers you are the children of anthuri to and if you follow me you will no longer be hated by the gods of Olympus!' he is fighting a fallen half dragon born, he is trying to save them fro themselves milady." i look and see 2 drakons walk out of the woods saying in the same lanuage"'yth geou ti faestir wux isthasy, yth faestir kronos svaust wants wer olympians gethrisja... onelka udoka shar yth geou svent astahi." sophia translates again as a tear falls"we will not serve you brother, we serve kronos who wants the olympians gone... forgive us but we will kill them.' they have decided to fight him." soren says " i see you are no brothers of mine if you give into your hatred that easily!!!" he charges punching one in the gut before drawing his katana cutting the other in half but in the process Soren's wings get cut off by the drakons claws, soren drops his sword growing his claws charging the last one cutting into the creature yelling yells of despair soon the drakon was limbless the soren killed the drakon falling to his knees grabbing his chest in despair before standing but he falls soon after i see his wings are no longer there and are bleeding a lot and i shoot an arrow in the air summoning my brother and he appears soon after i say" go to soren he needs to be healed take care of him for me and drop him off at camp half-blood and do so in a timely manner" he looks down grimly asking" do you want me to repair his wings? or leave them off?" i sigh saying" do what you can to repair them but if they can't be put back on healing him without the wings." Apollo kneels beside soren. soren moves instinctively punching Apollo into a tree soren backs up defensively growling i hear Sophia say" easy soren they mean you no harm they are friends, listen to my voice its me your sister, focus on me" she is standing in front of his face she moves her hand in a specific way saying this sorens eyes locked on it as she continues" imagine yourself in a frozen forest , breath in and sleep." she puts her hand to the ground soren falls and she catches her apollo sighing his anger on his face saying" if he punches me again the i will..." at this Sophia shushes him saying" if you come off as threatening you will be attacked but if you stay calm and non-threatening but firm he will stay relaxed." Apollo sighs nodding kneeling putting his magic in his hands touching it to the spots  beginning to heal soren i walk away saying to the hunters" we are leaving, get in the vans and set a course for camp half-blood." most of the girl grumble but get in the vans and i turn to Apollo saying"want to ride with us while you heal soren?" he nods and asks" which van will i be in?" i point to a van with some of the older hunters and they leave a row open for sorens body and Apollo to work" thalia ride with them and Sophia you may be needed so, go with them as well." they both nod and get in the van

~~~1 hour in the van~~~

~~sophia's pov~~

i look at where Apollo is working worrying, and Apollo asks"so Sophia what are you to this young man? friend family or possible lover?" i shake my head saying" he is my adoptive brother we are both proud children of the hearth." he looks shocked but then a hunter says" why do you ask male? were you thinking of seducing her?" i can feel the threatening aura from them i see soren begin to bare his fangs his tail raising as he turns into a silver wolfs standing growling gnashing his fangs his eyes show nothing but instincts. he turns to the hunters growling i say" calm down soren, they won't hurt you..." and as i say this thalias spear is at his throat saying" try it and you will die soren." soren turns to the door smashing his way out running along the van his tail still a scorpion he slashes the tires and runs to the side of the road his eyes lock with the moon he freezes and just stares before howling as we skid to a stop i get out first saying firmly to the hunters" you stay here this if your doing." i walk to soren humming softly getting his attention he turns baring fangs i raise my hand saying" hey there soren would you like to have something to eat? perhaps a fresh piece of streak from mom?" sorens tail wags and i offering it to him he takes it eating it before nuzzling against me his eyes are back to the way they should be, i pet him saying" sorry about the rest of the hunters." he turns to normal saying" its fine i understand he turns around seeing his wings are gone falling to his knees saying" i cant believe it, m-my wings are gone... "he clutches his chest yelling in agony before saying" my fathr gave me those... i-i am sorry father i have failed" i hug my brother holding him tight saying" you havent failed your father yet your still alive arent you and you can still fight, so work hard to do what your father asked of you and free your people of the wrongfully blamed of your people" he looks at me in the eyes saying" thank you sis your right i will make sure zues pays for what he has done... to me and my clan." his eyes lock on someone i turn to see thalia i push against him saying" soren no she has done nothing to you she is innocient." he retorts" this is what zues did when he tortued my people and experimented on us... the best way to make him feel my fathers pain is watching his children be treated the same." he pushes past getting in thalias face saying" i want to make him feel that pain... but i am better that him in every way. lets go i am going to be making my way there on my own." he pushes past turning into his wolf form running as a silver streak on the side of the road. ~~~to be continued~~~
