Fear Toxin

"Jonathan, I'm home," Edward said as he walked into the lounge room and saw three canisters of fear toxin on the ground,

"JONATHAN!" Edward ran upstairs and found Jonathan in the bathroom hunched over the toilet throwing up, Edward ran over the rubbed his back, and kissed him on the back of the head, 

"STAY AWAY FROM ME!" Jonathan yelled at Ed, Ed knew that it was the fear toxin talking, Edward sat back and turned the bath on. Last year Edward got a dose of fear toxin and Jonathan put Ed in the bath Edward knew what to do,

"Jon, come here," Edward said sitting on the edge of the bath,

"Piss off," Jonathan said sitting against the wall next to the toilet, Edward walked over to him and helped him up, Edward took of Jonathan's white button up shirt and his black suit pants, and helping him into the bath,

"Edward," Jonathan said weakly grabbing his arm and dragging Edward into the bath,

"Jonathan what was that for," Edward asked as Jonathan pulled Edward into a hug,

"please just stay with me, I don't need Scarecrow coming out," Jonathan talked slowly

"You told me to piss off now you want me to stay,"

Jonathan closed his eyes and leaned his head on Edwards' shoulder, an hour passed and Jonathan fell asleep, Edward got out and changed out of his wet clothes, he got some of Jonathan's clothes too and dressed him, Edward picked him up bridal style and put him down on the bed,

"Oh Jonathan if only you knew how much I loved you," Edward walked into his office and started to make plans to take down the Batman,

Four Hours Later

Jonathan woke up in a cold sweat, Scarecrow sat at the end of the bed laughing at him, 

"Edward," Jonathan whispered looking around for Edward  

he left you

"No he didn't leave me, he would never leave me,"

Look around, do you see him

"EDWARD!" Jonathan yelled getting out of bed, he fell to the ground from the toxin, Edward ran in and picked Jonathan off the floor and sitting him back on the bed,

"What happened," 

"Scarecrow said you left me and I tried finding you but I fell,"

"It's okay, I'm not leaving you, not now, not ever, do you understand," Edward rested his forehead on Jonathan's, he leaned in and kissed Edward, 

Let me out, I need to know what his screams sound like

'no, please leave me alone' Jonathan thought

no, I'm coming out

Jonathan pushed Edward away, ran to the bathroom and locked the door,

"Jonny open up, please Jon, JONATHAN!" Edward pounded on the door as Jonathan sat against the wall holding his head waiting for Scarecrow to break out,

"Nygma GO!" Jonathan snapped at Edward, Edward sat against the door,

"I'm not leaving you I promised you," Edward's eyes started to tear up as he unlocked the door and sat next to Jonathan, who was rocking back and forth and holding his head, Jonathan looked up at Edward his eyes went from, cold blue to dark brown, Edward wrapped his legs around Jonathan's wast and kissed him, Jonathan ran his hands through Edwards hair and Edward did the same,

"Bedroom," Scarecrow said looking at Edward, he had hoped that kissing him would bring back Jonathan, he was wrong, Scarecrow pushed Edward into the floor and he sat on top of him kissing him, 

"Scarecrow," Edward moaned as Jonathan bit on his lip, they both made their way to the bedroom, the only sound from the abandoned building was Edward yelling Scarecrow all night.
