Edward and Jonathan got caught by Batman, he caught them sitting on a park bench, it was Edwards idea. They sat at the tables in the kitchen eating breakfast after they would have free time, some of Edwards old gang was at the Arkham too, when Jonathan went to put the trays back they walked up and started to beat up Edward,
"Edward," Jonathan ran back to Edward and pushed the thugs off of him, the guards ran in and broke up the crowd but Jonathan took Edward to the gardens and sat against a tree with Edward between his legs leaning against Jonathan, he had a tight grip on the redhead,
"Jonathan I'm fine, they were just mad,"
"No Edward," Jonathan kissed Edward's hair and hugged him more,
"Find them," The guard walked up to the tree with a doctor and a psychiatrist they tried getting Edward away from Jonathan but he hugged Edward more and pulled him away,
"I just want to make sure he is okay," said the doctor, Jonathan glared at him and pulled Edward away again Jonathan was now laying facing the opposite way from them with Edward in front of him,
"Maybe is the guards go away, then can we take a look at Edward," the psychiatrist asked, Jonathan nodded his head, he was scared that they would take Edward away,
"But Eddie stays with me, and when we get back to the cells, I want a shared cell in case something happens,"
"I can have that arranged, now the guards are out of the garden can you please turn around so we can look at Edward," the doctor asked, Jonathan, let go of Ed and Jon stood up, helping Edward stand, "Everything seems to be okay," they both walked away and let Jonathan and Edward alone in the garden,
"That was shit cause my leg hurts," Edward said
"HEY, EDWARD HURT HIS LEG!" Jonathan yelled and the doctor came back to look closer,
"Just bruising that's all, nothing to worry about," the doctor walked away,
"Still think it's shit," Edward said making Jonathan smile, "Thanks for being overprotective," Edward gave Jonathan a hug and kissed him on the lips, "I love you," Edward said,
"I love you too," Jonathan replied they walked back to the cell to find that Jonathan's cell now had two beds, they both laid down in one and fell asleep until they got woken up for lunch.
