Step #1: start petty immature arguments for no reason. - it's important that when nothing interesting is happening to spice it up just argue for no reason. make sure to bring up things that were from the past, and if that doesn't work attack their flaws.

Step #2: act impulsively. - to prove that you're not immature do exactly what they said was immature. For example, go out with "friends that don't like you" , hang out with an ex, or try and make your significant other jealous by being all over other people.

Step #3: lie deliberately for no apparent reason. - even when the information is important and your significant other need to know lie to them so that when they find out it'll start another petty and immature argument. WHEN you could've avoided the WHOLE situation by telling the truth but we to each their own.
