"Daddy is it true you can read people's mind", you asked your father, during dinner. You were almost turning four and you couldn't wait till your quirk manifests. He raised his head from the ramen bowl and chuckled a bit seeing your eyes shining.
"I wouldn't say I can read people's minds... It is far more complicated", he said looking at you mom, hoping he will get some help from her. She just smiled and continued on her dinner. "It's more like mind control quirk I guess, but I am able to see what other people see as well" he sighed and ruffled your hair seeing your confused face."I will tell you more when you will be a bit older. You made a sad face but nodded. You really could not wait for your quirk to manifest. You were hoping it would as great as your dad's or at least amazing as your moms.
"Mommy! Tell me more about yours!" you shouted excited, which made her flinch at your sudden outburst. You father chuckled in an evil way, seeing your mom, sighing in defeat.
"Honey, what is it with you and all those questions? Are you writing a book?" she joked, taking a sip of her wine.
"Oh! I would love to be a writer!" you changed the subject quickly to your mom's happiness. "Would you want me to be a writer?"
" As long as you want to be one, we don't mind", your mom answered, smiling lovingly to your dad. You were an energetic person but it never bothered them. At least the house was never too quiet.
"I want to be a hero!" you should, which made them surprise. It was the first time you said that, but from the look on their faces, they were more than satisfied with your words. "I will save you and all the people with my amazing quirk!" you said and started eating again.

You looked with fear at your blood covered father. You had a weird feeling that this blood did not belong to him, and it almost made you sick. It was when you decided to ask him, you felt the enormous pain going through your skull.
"You are pathetic, Y/N!" You were sure he never said a thing, but somehow you were able to hear him talk. "All those years after you killed her, and you were still not able to see through real me", you felt chills running through your spine. His voice was deep and scary, as it never was before. "And someone as stupid as you want to become a hero! Fuck yes, it would make our job so much easier!", you screamed when the pain got more intense. "I had enough of this bullshit of playing a father...I am done with you and this whole 'good guy' life." The pain was gone and you were able to look up at him, leaving the house. "One more thing. A gift from your daddy!", you felt all of his memories going through your mind. The real reason your mom died, his life as a villain, and all those people that he killed. And before he left, he sent you one last smirk.

You woke up feeling your heart beating fast. You tried to open your eyes but something was blocking you from it. You hissed feeling the pain in the back of your ribs. The memories were slowly coming back. The talk with Aizawa, Endeavour, Police and the fight with your dad.
No, it wasn't really a fight. You didn't do a thing. All those years of training and you were even able to do anything to him. He got you and if he wanted you'd already been dead. But you are alive, which you didn't understand. You were sure that your friend' appearance wasn't a reason for him not to kill you. So why were you still breathing? Why wasn't your brain in pieces, splashed down on the streets?
You tried to sit up, but hissed, when the pain from the back of your ribs travelled to your stomach. He must have hurt you pretty nasty. Probably opening one or two of the old injuries from USJ.
