Although I had the best sleep of my life and looked as refreshed as ever, I had to make myself look as if I had missed 5 days of sleep in a row to make it believable.
Thus, I opened up YouTube and started searching for tutorials on how to look that part.
That required way more work than necessary but, I was proud of it since it looked pretty believable for a non-makeup artist like me.
Making sure to overdose on cold water to ruin my vocal chords right before leaving, I regretted going overboard and actually started feeling sick.
At least now my voice was going to be strained.

"You look terrible."
"Yeah, I didn't get any sleep last night."
My voice was low and had a bit of rasp from all my efforts, which was perfect.
"Well, I always had insomnia but tried my best to hide it.."
I looked sideways to him to see if he was buying any of it before continuing when I saw that he seemed concerned.
"Guess I just couldn't today."
"Oh.."
"Yeah.. Let's go for lunch."

Renjun had just told me that he just left school and also that he'd be leaving for the internship on Monday, so most probably Jeno knows that too.
I'd been pacing back and forth for the past hour since I got home on what I should text him to start the conversation.
