What is so scary about meeting your own father?

Everything.

Especially when it's Dominic Holland.

This trip to his house is basically a one way ticket to hell. Literally. But that's the only way Tom could find out the truth.

Of what happened years ago.

Of what caused the tragedy to happen.

Of what caused them to separate.

~~

"Why isn't Tom back yet?"

"Jesus Christ Y/n! You've already asked that 8 times and it's only be 1 and a half hours!"

You frowned. You were just worried about Tom. You didn't know wjat his father was like but hearing from everyone, he seems pretty scary and you were worried for Tom.

"Tom's gonna be fine." Harrison said, as if he was reading your thoughts.

"That man isn't gonna die that easily, especially after he got you back."

"You sure know a lot about us huh?"

"I-"

Crash!

Both of your heads jerked towards the source of the sound.

"I'm gonna go check that out... You stay here..." Harrison said as he stood up and walked towards the hallway.

"Wait where's J-"

And everything went black.

~~

Tom walked up the steps of his father's mansion with dread.

Do this for Y/n. Do this for Y/n.

Tom hasn't seen his father in a year and he wasn't planning to do it anywhere in the near future. But the only reason he's here is because of you.

Down the hallway and the room to his left would be his father's office. He remembered walking down that dark hallway every other fay when he was young. Always walking into him either shouting or cleaning up bodies and blood stains on the floor.

Every step, filled with dread, until he finally reached the door. The door knob turned and the door opens up to Dominic sitting on his chair with his back facing Tom.

"I've been expecting you."

~~

"I told you not to hurt her you idiot!"

"What if she got like brain damage or something?!"

You opened your eyes, squinting them a little as your eyes adjust to the light shining right above you.You winced a little as you felt the throbbing pain on your head.

"Hello?"

You tried to move but you realised that your arms and legs were tied. Two silhouettes emerged from the shadows.

"Mum? Dad? What are you doing here?"

"Y/n! We missed you so much!" Your foster mother said.

"Yea we were so worried about you!" Your foster father said.

"Why am I tied up?" You asked, completely oblivious of what was happening.

"Tom and Harrison kidnapped us! Look what they did to us! We've been trapped down here for days!" Your mother said, showing you the bruises and cuts on her arms and legs.

"They wouldn't do that!" You said.

Yes they would.

"We knew you would say that... They brainwashed you. Letting you think that they are good people. That's why we tied you up." Your father said.

"We were scared that you might run away."

You tugged at your arms. You saw something at the corner of your eye.

Harrison.

"Oh my god..." The words escaped from your lips before you could stop yourself.

"I told you not to put him back there!" Your mother shouted. Your eyes widened.

"Well she was gonna find out anyways." Your father said and she smacked him on his head.

"Where's Jacob?" You asked.

"All you need to know is that he's safe."

Little did you know, Jacob was in the room next door, laying in a pool of blood.

~~

"I'm not here to listen to your shit, I just want to know what happened 9 years ago."

"Ah... The car accident. Y/n lost her memories. Her parents died. How is she anyways?"

"She's fine. Just tell me what happened." Tom said through gritted teeth.

"They went down the road and crashed into a tree. Simple as that."

"You know that's not what happened. The Lanes told me you know something." Tom said.

"Fine. You really want to know huh? You might want to take a seat Thomas. This is gonna be a really long story..."

Tom frowned as the door behind him slammed shut.
