i dressed myself into some simple jeans with a top i tied up. i left myself and started walking down the street, when i saw ashers car.
i walked up to him and he smiled.
" hey annie " he said cheerfully.
" hi asher " i say voice shaking.
" is there something wrong? " he asked in concern.
" no, I'm good " I reply clearing my voice.
we got into his car and drove off to the closest beach.
when we arrived i started feeling more nervous.
we placed ourselves right by the ocean and talked for a while. until the moment came.
" that was super funny " he said finishing off his sentence.
" you've been such a good friend to me" i say nervously.
" annie you've been the bestest friend of them all " he replies.
I start to relax.
"that means a lot" i say in reply, feeling happy.
"your always the one to cheer me up, and your always the person i can go to when i need you " i say again looking him in the eyes.
" i feel the same, you've been there for me for ages now, i can always count on you " he says.
" every time i talk to you, there's something that makes me so happy..." I said.
he nods with a smile, showing that he wants me to carry on.
" and your amazing. there's something i would really like to tell you " i say turning to face asher.
" oh ok go ahead " he says getting nervous.
" i- i- i have to go! I really have to go " i say face turning bright red.
I got up and ran to ashers car immediately. when he arrived i didn't want to look at him, i felt the awkwardness around us.
" Annie, are you ok? " he asks politely.
" take me home. please " i say quickly.
I sat myself in the car, and we didn't talk the whole way back to my house.
when we arrived I stepped out the car & so did he.
" ill text you " he says awkwardly.
" yeah " I reply.
I ran into my house and went upstairs immediately texting Mackenzie .
