Spell casting can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. Spells can be said out loud, in your head, or have no words at all. It's all up to you.
Spells can be in any language you want them to be. If your fluent in one language rather than another, then say the spell in that language. They can be in English, Latin, Italian, Greek, French, or any language you want it to be in.
The choice is yours.
Casting a spell in a different language may be easier for some witches. And sometimes it's more fun to cast in a different language.
The thought of casting a spell in a language other than English is cool to me.
