"Jas why now?Im all for you getting a break but I don't want you to go all the way to Jamaica by yourself."Travis complained

"I can't wait for you Trav, I need to do this.Im losing it."I told him

He sighed and the call went silent.

"Just..be careful."He said

"I will."I said

"I want to talk to Aubrey..I just don't know how."I told him

"Are you still upset?I mean he didn't cheat he just kept a secret..a big secret, a fucked up secret but maybe he should be forgiven."He said

"..I get what you're saying.Maybe I could go by the house bring a present for the baby?Is that too much?"I asked

"Sounds like a nice gesture Jazzy."He said

I sighed.

"You'll be fine.Just have a conversation.Be honest."He said

"I love you Travis.I would be so assed out without you."I said

"That's my job.I gotta go.Take care of yourself Jas."He said

"Okay bye."I hung up

I grabbed my laptop and started searching online for cute baby clothes.I found a cute little basket and ordered it.

"I gotta get some friends."I mumbled sitting there.

I grabbed my notebook off my coffee table and started to make a list of things I need to do before I leave.

I paused.

•Tell Sterling about the baby

I cringed at the thought.He deserved to know and I wanted to start fresh and remove these burdens I've been carrying.

I grabbed my phone.I don't have his number but I have Odell's.I texted him.

Hey.Let Sterling know I wanna get in touch.

I put my phone down and he texted back a few minutes later.

I decided I'd wait a few days to get in touch with him.

I stayed put on my couch..missing Aubrey honestly.We spent so much time together that being alone feels..cold now.

I decided I'd get out the house for a little bit.I needed to go grocery shopping and just take a walk I guess.

I got dressed and headed out of my apartment.I got in my car and drove to my nearest whole foods.I made my way inside and walked around grabbing a few groceries.I then went to the baby section to pick up some lotion.Baby lotion is the best.

"We could've got this shit at Target.Why we had to come to this bougie ass store."I heard on the other aisle
