I cringed at Adonis' constant wailing.I had him for the weekend and Im not doing a great job.

I rocked him gently."C'mon son."

I went downstairs and made a bottle for him and he finally calmed down.I sighed and fed him.

"I see you figured it out."My mother said lowly

I looked up and saw her leaning against the door frame.She walked over and took him from me.

"Get some sleep baby."She told me

I kissed her head."Thank you mom."

She nodded and I headed upstairs.

I grabbed my phone and saw people tagging me in this picture of Jas and a new dude.

I sighed and locked my phone."Fuck."

"Well..I definitely think we should put a statement out.You have to say something."I explained

"These allegations are serious.I don't want him to fuel the fire even more."Shayla said

"Okay..Meek what do you wanna do?"I asked him

"I mean I said I didn't do that shit so I feel like Im good."He said

"Okay.We can definitely see if this will just go away but if not, come see me."I said

"Alright.We'll be in touch."Shayla said

I nodded.

They left and I got a phone call.

"Hello?"

"You have a guest Ms.Davis."Hannah said

"Who?"I asked

"Trevante Rhodes."

I smiled."Send him in."

A few moments later, Tre entered my office.

"Hey baby I brought you lunch."He said

"Mm thank you."I puckered my lips

He pecked them.

"How's work going?"He asked

"Eh okay.Im still trying to get readjusted.How was your day?"I asked

"Good.Had an audition this morning."He said

"Ooo exciting."I said opening up my food

It was my favorite,kale salad.

"Yeah.Im lucky im not black balled after what happened."He said

"Well baby Im proud of you."I told him

"Thank you.Im proud of you too."He squeezed my hand

"So, Travis, what did he think of me?"He asked

They had met a few days ago.

"I mean..he's a little worried that I've moved on so fast but I think he likes you."I said

He nodded."You guys have history?"

I paused."Um..yeah.We've hooked up a few times in the past."

"Mm."He hummed
