Chapter Twenty Three

We continued walking for another ten minutes, just silently and it was perfect. My leg still hurt a little but Electra kept her pace slow and we just enjoyed each other's company

She stopped in her tracks and looked over to the grape vines we had growing on the land "do you want to rest over there?" She said as she pointed in the direction of them

I looked down at her and smiled "sure" I said nodding. She pulled me in the direction of the vines and sat between the rows

She reaches up and grabs a couple of grapes from the vine "how's your leg today? I noticed your favouring the other one" she says suddenly

I grab a couple of grapes myself and pop them in my mouth "it's fine, just a little tender" I say to her with a smile "it's you I'm worried about, you just learnt all that and you seem to be taking it really well?" I study her reaction as I say it

She just shrugs her shoulders "I guess I always knew there was something different, I don't even look like them" she says with a giggle "I think Cade was the most shocked, did you see his face?" She laughs

I nod my head and laugh with her "yeah I think he almost had a heart attack" I grin

I feel something hit my forehead and look up at Electra who's trying to look as innocent as possible "did you just throw a grape at my head?" I question her

She tries to hide her smile but I see straight through it, she picks another grape and throws it at me

I growl at her, not in an angry or upset way. Just a warning that if she continues I don't know what might happen

She sees right through my growl and throws another one at me and starts to laugh

I lean forward "alright that's it!" I lunge forward and start tickling her sides

She begins laughing like mad "nooo!!" Haha "stop!!" She yells as I slow down my assault

When I stop I notice I'm leaning over her, I look down at her lips and she looks at mine. I lean down and our lips meet softly. I growl lowly, the pleasureable tingles travel from my lips and across my whole body

I pull away, leaving my eyes closed and just say "wow" I couldn't believe how just that small amount of contact felt. My mind started to wander...

Electra moved a little under me and I opened my eyes to look at her. Goddess she looks so beautiful. She smiles up at me "wow, that one kiss felt so much better than our first kiss" she grins

I smile at her and rub our noses together "I'm so glad I found you" I happily grin at her as I feel my nose tingle from the touch

In fact my whole body was covered in the pleasureable tingles

She looks into my eyes "me too" she smiles "you know I've always had a crush on you" she admits suddenly

My eyes widen a little "really? I never even knew" I say shocked

She nods her head "yeah, you were too interested in other girls" she grins "and I think you saw me as more of a younger sister than anything" she smiles sadly

I nod my head "I guess you're right, but when I saw you at the airport my perspective changed a lot" I admit

She seems to go shy "really?" She questions, I nod my head and she continues "I wore that dress for you" she blushes "I saw you checking me out and I knew it worked" she says looking away from me shyly

I place my hand on her cheek and move her face back to look at me "that's the day I started falling for you" I confess. If Cade hadn't made that stupid rule I would have gone straight for her

I smile sadly "if Cade... if he hadn't.." I pause trying to find the right words "I think somehow I knew you were my mate but Cade..." I couldn't even think of what to say

Electra smiles at me "I think I felt it too, but you always seemed to not want to be around me and now I know why" her smile grows larger "I forgive you, Kyan" her expression softens "I know you were just trying to do what Cade said, but at least now we can be together" she says as she pulls me down to her lips

It didn't take long for our kiss to get heated, I lightly bite her bottom lip causing her to moan and deepen the kiss

I let myself down onto my elbows, causing me to place my body on hers. My hardness touches her thigh and I moan loudly, feeling the tingles erupt all over.

I feel Electra stiffen and I immediately lift myself off her "sorry, that was an accident" I admit. I hadn't meant to do it, I was completely happy just making out with her and didn't want to make her uncomfortable

She lifts herself off the ground "it's fine, I was just caught off guard" she says as looks anywhere but at me

She seems embarrassed, maybe she wasn't as experienced as I thought she was and I will have to watch what I do. I never want to make her feel uncomfortable, but it looks like I have and it hurt me to think my mate was uncomfortable around me

She half smiles at me "maybe we should head back?" She questions as she holds out her hand for me to take

I take her hand, we begin the walk back to the house in silence and all I can think is that I've stuffed up. She's not going to want to get intimate with me if I can't control myself.

With my luck we ate dinner together, we were out for most of the day and my stomach was growling.

We sat at the dinner table and just talked about random topics. Electra still seemed to be shy from earlier but she was slowly coming back to her usual self

When dinner was over we opted to go to her room and watch a movie. We arrived at her room, we go inside and I start undressing. Just taking off my shirt, shoes and socks.

I watched as Electra rummaged through her drawers, let out a sigh and then came to grab my shirt. I was curious as to what she was doing but she went into the bathroom and came out wearing it...

Goddess she's killing me... this is torture... but no matter what I won't push her to do anything.

I jumped into bed and leant my back against the headboard with a pillow behind me.

Electra went to her television to put on a movie, as she bent down to place the DVD in, my shirt she was wearing rode up and I caught sight of her black underwear. I growled lowly and Electra turned to look at me

She looks at me curiously "you okay?"

I just nod at her.

Electra starts the movie, jumped in bed and rested her head on my chest. I noticed she had put on the notebook on but I didn't even care.

I sat there running my hands gently through her hair until I noticed her breathing had changed and she had fallen asleep.

I kissed the top of her head "I love you my beautiful mate"

Let me start off by saying that this most likely has mistakes... I haven't read over it. I get in the mood to write and so I write until I have around enough for a chapter lol
