A sorry for being gone for so long! And a long one with over 4000 words! Geez!

"No! Stop! Bucky!" I laugh as he tickles my sides. This has been going on for a while now and my laughter has doubled in volume. "I'll stop but it'll cost ya." "I'll do anything!" I manage to say through  small gasps as he goes to tickle my feet. "A kiss." I scrunch my nose up. "Eww! No! I'll get cooties!" I say in a childish voice. I watch Bucky chuckle and roll his eyes at me. I never thought something as small as that would be so stunning. I wrap my arms around his neck and bring him down to me. Our lips join and I rejoice in the feeling of him smiling against the kiss. Our kiss is cut short when someone at the door coughs. We break apart and see an annoyed Steve in the doorway. I don't know why but whenever I'm around Steve seems to get agitated. I wonder what I did to annoy him so much. "Hey Steve! Do you need something?" Bucky sits up and pulls me to his lap making me blush. "Yeah. Y/n, Wanda said she wanted to talk to you." "Oh ok." I kiss Bucky on the cheek and get up off his lap. I mutter a quick 'Thanks' to Steve as I walk past him. Wanda is usually in the lower floors of the Avengers building so I might be a while. I don't mind because it gives Bucky some time to spend with Steve, I know how much they like to talk about when they were younger. I like to listen in sometimes but I don't want to invade their personal time together. Steve worked so hard to find Bucky and I'm happy he found him. Now where do I look first? The kitchen or Visions room?

Y/n kisses my cheek and leaves. I can't help but stare after her and smile. I never thought I would be so happy, never mind so in love. "So Buck I need to talk to you about something." Steve says gravely sitting in a chair across from me. "What's up? Is it another mission? Something to do with Hydra?" My mind immediately goes to work, I never expected something so serious to be about something else. "No it's about Y/n." His time stays the same which makes me start to panic. Is she ok? Is she in any danger? "What about her?" He sighs. "She's no good for you Buck." He says so simply. "What do you mean? Of course she is. Thanks to her I've been stable and happy." Steve shakes his head. "I'm just looking out for you Buck. She'll get tired of you soon and when she does, she'll leave. I know when she does you'll be heartbroken and that will set you back. Think Bucky, she's no good. You should just end things now before you get too involved and hurt." He says all this so simply, like it's nothing important, but it is. She wouldn't just leave like that. I know her. "She wouldn't leave out of nowhere." I stand and argue back causing Steve to stand next to me. "Do you know not long before you came here she was engaged?" That word hits me like a brick. Why wouldn't Y/n tell me. I shake my head not wanting to talk. "Well one day she just left her fiancé Josh. Out of nowhere, she just left him. They were together for three years before that and I met him, he was a good guy." That's all I could take. I don't want to believe that Y/n would leave me when she got bored of me but everything that Steve is telling me is forcing me to. I fall back to sit on the bed and stare off at the wall. Steve places a hand on my shoulder to comfort me but it doesn't do too much justice. "I'm sorry Buck."
