American smooth performance

Joe's POV
We hadn't spoken about the kiss since it happened. And we both knew for a fact that no matter what happens tonight we must not kiss at the end off the dance, otherwise the press would be all over it, but every time we rehearsed and we got to the ending I just wanted to kiss her, Dianne wanted to kiss me too but she said that we can't during dances or rehearsals otherwise we'd get used to it and we'd end up kissing on the show. I just wanted to be with her but we couldn't be, not yet anyway. Dianne came and sat next to me on the sofa, I put my arm around her she sighed
"I'm so confused, I just want the show to be over or for us to be out so we can be together properly, but at the same time I don't want it to end, I mean it's only week 3" Said Di with a sad look on her face.
"I know how you're feeling, but think about it if we're still in the competition then we get to spend every day with each other, we can even spend our days off together, we'd just have to be careful when out in public" I said

"Come on guys it's SHOW TIME!!" Screamed Ethan one of the producers. We got up off the sofa and I took Dianne's hand into mine.

Dianne's POV
We were nearing the end off the dance, our noses touched, I had to use all my strength and will power not to kiss Joe.

After the show
Joe and I made our way to Joe's place. Just a few more minutes and we could be in each other's arms without having to worry.

We arrived at Joe's, I walked in and put my bag down.
"Come here" said Joe, I walked up to him and he pulled me into a kiss
"I've been waiting all night to do that" he said as he pulled away he wrapped his arms around my waist, he pulled me down onto his swivel chair and we just sat there in each other's arms swaying back and forth.
