water intake: i didn't count, but it was too less, because i got bad headaches
(i guess ca 1l)I think i did pretty good yesterday. But i made a mistake: in the time of fasting, i wanted to abstain from meat. In the Restaurant i watched the menu and i looked for vegetarian food. My friend ordered a caesar salad and i saw this on the menu too, but i didn't know that his salad was with meat. I confounded two different salads. I wanted to order a vegetarian one, but i ordered one with meat by mistake.
But as we are not fasting on sundays, i made an exception, but on sunday i won't consume meat.
