Hey.. i know i exaggerated in the evening. the problem is, in schol, i literally eat nothing, because idk. And then i get soooo hungry when i'm at home that i would always binge in the evening, that i get bad bellyaches overnight. I need this to stop, cause i can't sleep and i always feel extremely uncomfortable. I think i'll bring myself healthy snacks to school, so i can eat a little bit during breaks and when i come home in the evening, i'm not that hungry anymore.
