Kentrell Gaulden

i parked the car in to the garage and took a deep breath. I tried to cover up the love bites with my hood that were scattered across my neck while looking in the mirror before stepping inside the house.

The house was silent and clean as i dont know what making me look around suspiciously. I expect the house to be a little dirty considering we had a whole bunch of guest over.

"Baby!" I yelled as i made my way up the stair case. I frowned once I didn't get a reply.

I walked in me and Leah's room to see a note placed on the bed with a sleeping Au'lani. Au'lani hair was a little damp and curly considering she just took a bath.

I picked up the letter that was written in Leah's hand writing and carefully read over it.

  I know you left us to go be with that girl so I decided to leave but this time with out Au'lani. I hide our daughter away from you for three whole years so it's your turn to take care of her.

  I won't be coming back so don't try to look for me because I am no where to my found. I actually been planning to leave the both of yall for a while so you leaving to go cheat, just put the icing on the cake.

  I wish you and Au'lani the best and remember I'll always be watching over the both of yall.

I was in tears once i finished reading the letter. I looked down at Au'lani and wrapped her into my arms as i continued to cry.

"Why did she have to leave me?" I questioned as I rocked the both of us back and forth.

I could feel Au'lani stir in my arms as i cradled her but I didn't care at the moment.

"What's wrong dada?" I heard her softy voice fill the room before i felt a pair of soft hands wipe the warm tears from my face.

"Nothing baby." I muttered as i stood up from the bed and laid her back down.

I went in to the walk in closet and grabbed the pistol from the rack and walked back out into the bedroom with gun behind my back.

"Au'lani close yo' eyes fa' a second, baby girl." I mumbled as my hands trembled violently.

"Are we playing hide and go seek da da?" She questioned excitedly as she begin to suck on her thumb.

I chewed on my bottom lip before nodding my head. "Yeah just count to ten and then you'll hea' a loud bang, aight?"

"Aight." She smiled trying to mimic me before she closed her eyes tightly and begin to count.

"One."

I pulled the gun from behind my back as my whole body trembled.

"Two."

I checked to see if there was any bullets.

"Three."

I cocked the pistol and held it up in the air.

"Four."

I closed my eyes tightly as i began to pray to god even though i knew for sure i wasn't going to heaven.

"I'mma say i'm sorry fa' all the shit i did. . ."

Ta'Leah Jackson

"Let me the fuck go!" I yelled loudly as i stared up at Baby Joe as he circled around me.

It was starting to get hot as hell in this basement and my nerves was getting bad.

"Ta'Leah you know I won't let you go because you're mine." He cheesed showing me his ugly ass grillz making me cringe.

"Why are you doing this?" I questioned truly wanting to know the answer.

"Because Kentrell fucked up my whole plan." Baby Joe mumbled as his smirk dropped.

"I was supposed to be yo' boyfriend back in highschool." He continued, "I was supposed to get you pregnant first, I was supposed to be a big time rapper. NOT HIM!"

I stared at Baby Joe in shock as he breathed heavily. I heard a loud gun shot before loud screaming. My daughter's scream to be exact.

"My baby!" I yelled trying to get up but the chains jerked me bag as a smirk formed back on his face.

"That's why I came up with plan b." He said as I continued to scream and cry.

"I need to see if my daughter is alright, please!" I cried.

"Now that Kentrell is outta' the way, you can do anything you want." He shrugged as he unlocked the chains from around me, "Anything but leave me."

I quickly got up and ran out of the basement and towards where Au'lani was screaming.

I walked in to our room to see blood everywhere as Au'lani sat on the bed crying as Kentrell's dead body was laid out on the ground with his brains scattered everywhere.

"Shut that fucking baby up!" I heard Joe yell as tears streamed down my face.

"I'll see you soon, lil mama." I whispered before grabbing the gun that was covered in Kentrell's blood and shot Au'lani watching her limp body fell to the floor.

I laid down next to Kentrell's dead body as his blood begin to soak my clothes. I smiled as I placed the gun next to my temple and pulled the trigger. . .

But instead of a bullet coming out and blow my brains out like I wanted to the gun became jammed right when Baby Joe came in with a evil smirk plastered on his face.

"You thought you was going to leave me that easily?"

p.s this was a shitty ending so don't come for me🙃

this book is not going to have a sequel because it was long overdue.
