girlfriends ♡ yugbam ♡

yumi panicked when she woke up to crying. it was still pitch dark outside so she knew it had to be because of a nightmare. she stuck her arms out, reaching out to feel her girlfriend shaking.

"baby, come here." bambi shuffled her body towards yumi's and cuddled against her because no one made her feel more safe than yumi. "what's wrong?"

"i had a nightmare that someone made me kill you and it was really real. and then i had another one that we got into a super bad car accident and you got hurt."

"aw, baby, everything is okay. i'm okay." yumi rubbed bambi's back. she let bambi crawl out of her arms and off the bed. bambi turned the light on before laying back down.

"i just wanted to be able to see you," bambi explained, tears still streaming down her cheeks. "i never want you to be hurt, especially if i do it."

"it was just a nightmare, kitten, i'm okay." bambi felt much better by being able to see and feel yumi and soon the two were drifting back to sleep with the light on. it was just a lamp so it wasn't too bright and the girls were too tired to care anyway.

when bambi woke up, it was pretty late in the morning. yumi was already awake, looking at bambi with the largest heart eyes in the world, and rubbing bambi's chubby cheek with her thumb.

she whispered a quiet "hi" as bambi slowly woke up. bambi hummed and stretched, asking what time it was.

it was nearly noon so since neither of them had work and bambi was still a bit worn out from crying, they had a calm day and just stayed in the apartment.

they barley left the bed all day. not that that meant much given that they didn't even own a couch so where else in the apartment would they go?

they had less of a dinner and more of a midnight snack because they had gotten distracted by each other's lips and bodies.

yumi had had to pull bambi off of her, saying that y had to eat before bambi wasted away into nothing. bambi whined about yumi teasing her even if she wasn't actually bothered by it.

bambi just liked to whine because she knew yumi would call her cute and spoil her; which yumi did. she carried her a few feet to their kitchen and set the short girl on their counter.

bambi every once in a while pulled yumi close to give her kisses. every time, yumi smiled and gave her a quick peck back.
