What a night!
So, next time I see her - if I ever do... I swear, Elise is like a hurricane. She comes in, makes a big mess, then disappears again. Anyway, next time I see her, I want to thank her. Not for freaking everyone out that she had been killed by a psycho dark fae (totally called that by the way) but for getting me on that flight so I met, Colton.
Was it fate?
Was it Elise?
Was it just sheer, pure luck?
I don't know and I don't care. He is everything I could possibly want all rolled into one amazingly perfect package. Plus he's a Hunter too, so if my Dad ever cares about anything to do with my life again, he'll at least be happy over the fact I'm sticking to my own kind. The best part is he doesn't even care that I'm a Grimm. He said it was cool, and that all families have something in their history we may not like but have to accept as after all, it makes us who we are today. Isn't he the greatest?
Colton also paid for dinner. We danced and he even brought me flowers. He walked my back to the hotel and we had one last drink in the lobby; such a gentleman. Didn't even push for anything else, but at this rate, my three date rule is going to be hard to follow!
He kissed me goodnight and promised to call tomorrow.
He already messaged me saying what a great time he had.
I don't want to get excited, but this. This is it.
