Chapter 7: The Day's Of "Recruitment" Part #1

~(Y/N)'s POV~

After everything that happened, we all came to the conclusion to head home.

After we partway's with Megumin and headed back to the stables I had one thought.

Inside (Y/N)'s Mind:
"Didn't she say she couldn't eat for 3 days? How could she afford a place to stay? Wait.... Does she even have a place to stay?!"

I kept thinking about this on the entire way back.

Luciela:
"Hey Megumin seems like a nice girl huh?"

We looked at Lu and thought of the day we had with Megumin.

After remembering the event's we all nodded.

After a while we finally got back to the stables.

Kazuma looked outside, Aqua sat on the grass, Lu was watching me, and I tried practicing with my powers.

Inside (Y/N)'s Mind:
"I'm I the only one who takes practicing seriously?"

Luciela:
"Hey what are you doing?"

I looked at her and she was sitting on a fence with her legs crossed.

(Y/N):
"Well obviously I'm practicing on using my powers duh"

Luciela:
"Again? Didn't you already do that yesterday?"

(Y/N):
"I can't just stop simply because I did it once"

Luciela:
"I suppose.... But what are you trying to learn this time?"

I looked at her and then Cryo.

That's a good question, what.... Wait I know!"

(Y/N):
"Close combat!"

She tilted her head with a confused face.

(Y/N):
"I can fight in long range but I'm not any good at close range, so that what I'm practicing!"

She just sat there silent watching me. I looked at Cryo and thought of something.

Inside (Y/N)'s Mind:
"I wonder if I can use you in close-quarter's?"

Cryo then started glowing and releasing energy.

Cryo:
"Understood, Close-Quarter Mode initiating!"

Inside (Y/N)'s Mind:
"What?"

Suddenly Cryo flew upwards and formed a line using he's other parts. They started glowing and covering them selves in electricity, they formed a handle on the bottom by somehow summoning extra parts.

Inside (Y/N)'s Mind:
"....."

After a while Cryo finished and became more solid with he's new form..... He..... He.....

Y, L:
"He became a rapier?"

He became a rapier.... What?

The energy completely somehow became solid, and he gained a handle, also he became thinner.... I still can't comprehend how.... But hey! I don't question plot-convenience!"

Cryo (Rapier Mode):
"Transformation complete!"

(Y/N):
"That is awesome! How did you even know what I was thinking?!"

Cryo (R.M.):
"Master did you forget? I can read every thought you have!"

(Y/N):
"Oh right! I forgot about that.... Wait! Every thought?!"

Cryo (R.M.):
"Do not be alarmed master, I shall not exploit your private one's"

I grew nervous from what he said. So he knows all my secrets.... That's just wonderful....
