I was getting my step moms dry cleaning when i saw it. An add for a babysitter. I needed the money and wanted to get away, so i called. Someone picked up after 3 rings

"Hi my name is, Bethany. Im calling for the babysitting ad"

"Great. Im Elizabeth and i need to take care of my mom all summer. I need someone to babysit my daughter, skylynn. Shes 5. I have 2 other sons that live here too but theyre not home enough to trust them. You can stay at our house. We have a guest room"

"Im sold"

"Would you like to meet at the park to meet, skylynn,today at 3?"

"Sounds good. See you then"

I went home and got ready to meet skylynn and elizabeth. Im so excited. Im gonna get paid to babysit (which is always fun), and i get to stay at their house and away from mine. I told my step mom about it and she was really angry. I guess i would be too if my step daughter who does everything for me is gonna leave all summer. Who else is gonna do all her stupid little tasks for her. I got into my car and drove to the park. I was a little early so i sat on the swings. Shortly later a little girl came running and sat on the swing next to me. She introduce herself

"Hi im skylynn"

She was adorable. I hope this is the skylynn im watching this summer.

"Well hello skylynn im Bethany"

"Are you my new babysitter. My mommys sitting over there waiting"

She pointed to a women on a bench. She seemed nice. I took skylynns hand and walked over.

"Oh you must be Bethany. I see youve met skylynn."

"Yea shes really adorable. Elizabeth right?"

"Thats me. Are you interested in babysiting this summer?"

"Yes i am. When do i start?"

"Can you start tomarrow?"

"Sure!"

I got her address and went home to pack for the summer. Im extremely excited for this. Some poeple would dread babysittig all summer but i would do anything to get away from my step mom. I finished packing and decided to text my friend, Brianna.
