Those were the last cages...all 8 heroes had been officially found.
Mario stared over at Luigi, shaking in terror.
"Alright!" a guard walked in. "Doom wants to see ya!"
"So glad you could finally arrive..." the cloaked destroyer cackled as the eight prisoners walked into the room in chains, with guards on all sides.
"You think you're a villain? You ain't seen nothing!" Bowser roared.
"Quiet, you'll just get us into more trouble!" Peach whispered to him. Toadsworth leaned over to Mario.
"You can get us out of here, right? You always have!" he whispered.
Luigi, Mario's brother, from the far side of the line, yelled across, "How did we even get IN this mess?"
He thought it over, deciding it all began when he opened the door.
"Mario! I see your flashback about to start, don't you dare! We should get out of here, not remember how we got here in the first place!" Bowser yelled.
"You won't get out...you'll all have a personal punishment! Guards...separate them to their solitary cells!"
