3rd-person POV
Haku made it to the first floor, and went downstairs to the boiler room. "Kamaji!" He called as the spirit looked at him. "Haku! Where- are you right?" Kamaji asked as the boy looked at him. "Why do you ask?" He responded.

"It looks like you've been crying." Kamaji informed the river spirit as he was shocked a bit. "Don't worry about it..." Haku said as he looked off to the side, trying to hide his red eyes from the boiler man.

"Well, anywho. Where's (y/n)?" Kamaji asked as Haku gasped a bit. 'He doesn't know yet...' Haku thought as he looked up at the spirit, on the verge of crying as he thought about he fox spirit. "S-she..." Haku started, but stuttered.

Kamaji slightly gasped in fear, his eyebrows narrowed as his face made a worried expression. "Did something happen to her?" He asked as Haku stared at the floor, his fists clenched as his body shook.

"S-she's working for Yubaba now. She goes by Kitsu... A-and Yubaba made sure she'll forget every one of us soon." Haku told the spirit as he stopped working. "Oh no..." Kamaji said under his breath as a placed a hand on his forehead.

"What has this girl done now..." Kamaji rambled on as he thought about the fox spirit. Then, they heard the door slide open to the right of Kamaji. "Food is ready." Lin said as she looked up to see Haku.

"Haku? What are you doing here? Didn't Yubaba release you from your contract?" Lin asked as Haku said nothing. Kamaji decided to explain the situation to Lin, who also had a look of pure melancholy on her face.

"Kitsu..." She whispered as the sprites squeaked, and hopped up and down. "So... she'll really forget everything? Everything all of us have been through?" Lin asked as the sprites looked up at her. "I'm afraid so." Kamaji responded.

"I-I... I don't want to leave without her. Even if my contract was terminated." Haku said as the two spirits looked at him. "I have to find the river spirit. He's the only chance for rescuing (y/n)." Haku said as Kamaji and Lin looked at each other.

"The river spirit rarely visits us. We don't know where to find him." Lin told the boy as he was in thought. "Either way, I hardly doubt that Yubaba would like to see you here. You should stay with Zeniba. It's safe there." Kamaji told the boy.

"But how will I get there?" Haku asked as he looked down at his hands. "I don't have my dragon form right now. And my magic can't get me anywhere." He said as he placed his hands over his face. "I think I have a solution for that." Lin said.

The spirit stood up, and looked around the cabinets, sneaking her hand in between the spaces I search for something. "I remember... (y-... I remember Kitsu stole some train tickets from Yubaba a while back. She hid them somewhere-... Aha!" Lin said as she pulled out sheets of thin paper.

"Take these. Kitsu said they should only be used in emergencies. I think this counts. Now go and head out the back." Lin smiled as she handed the boy the tickets as he held them gratefully. The fly on his shoulder buzzed as it looked at the tickets.

"I can't believe it." Haku said as he looked at the tickets.

"Thank you, Lin. Kamaji. I'll head to Zeniba's for help." Haku said as he ran off towards the back of the bathhouse, along with the fly who flew the opposite direction. Kamaji sighed. "I hope he saves her."
