All kinds of words flew around in my head as he began walking over. I wanted to run away but I knew I couldn't. Our teacher wanted us to work together, I didn't have any other choice.

"Hey," he smiled at me. He sounded so calm and confident. I, however, couldn't even muster the courage to say one measly 'hi'. Instead, I gave him a small smile and then proceeded to read the directions for the forth time.

He kept trying to talk to me but he didn't get much back. Every now and then, I would hum a response but I mainly just ignored him. It was working fine, until the internet went out. No WIFI meant I couldn't do my work and I was forced into listening.
