The sun is peeking out,
From behind the many clouds.
We're in a mood,
And everyone frowns.
But there is Joy in the air,
Can you feel it?
There's energy racing around us,
In and out, it will flit.
These magic particles,
Sparkling above our heads.
Elusive, but beautiful,
They hide in between our beds.
But this energy,
Can't be grounded.
It hides and plays,
Never will it be bounded.
Come with us,
Fly up ahead.
Lift your spirits,
Raise your head.
No need to be down,
Instead turn that frown,
Into the biggest and brightest,
Smile on your crown.
They blow us kisses,
From high up above.
Watching as we use,
One of the many wishes.
Close your eyelids,
Picture a utopia.
Where harmony and peace,
Without depression, live.
Joy sings out to us,
Open your eyes.
There's no reason to hide.
Tear off that disguise.
We look around and smile,
For we finally know.
We're home,
And ready to grow.
Our "mood" vanished,
Instead of anger and strife,
We laugh, have a good time,
And try to enjoy life.
Joy, seeing us content,
Leaves us with a loved one.
Knowing without a doubt,
That her work is done.
Time to move on,
Lots more to help.

For I know it's worth my while.
