After walking for what felt like forever, King Shadow and Amy found themselves outside a door that was close to the throne room by 1 minute. King Shadow hesitated to open the door, but he opened it anyways. As him and Amy walked into his room, King Shadow started thinking. 'It's been so long since I've seen Amy, and here she is! I can't even try to talk to her right now!' He thought nervously. Once him and Amy were in the middle of the room he said, "Letter." Amy handed him the letter and it read this:
"Dear King Shadow,
We (King and Queen of the Moon) wish to inform you of our daughter, Amelia Rosette Rose (Amy Rose). She was in an accident. One that had caused her to lose her memory. Since we know that you two were closer than anyone else, we have decided that you will be the one to help her regain her memories.
With much Hope,
King Thorn and Queen Luna"
