•5• The Other Sleepover

(Longer chapter today guys!)

The sun shone its rays through the shiny windows in the Beck residence. The rays created detailed patters in the bed where two boys lay, faces inches from each other and their legs intertwined underneath the silky covers. The birds sang and the streets had dried up from the rain yesterday. Just the perfect Saturday.

Jonah was the first to wake up, rubbing his sleepy emerald eyes so he could see properly. He caught Cyrus in his gaze, he was nuzzling Jonah's pillow with messy hair and a smile pricked in his lips. Jonah just admired the boy as he pushed his hand through Cyrus's hair to get it out of Cyrus's face. While he did this the small feeling of Cyrus's breath was on Jonah's hand, Jonah definitely wanted to marry this boy. Jonah decided to go downstairs and make breakfast for him and Cyrus because they were leaving at about 3:00 to meet with Andi and Buffy. The thought about the kiss Andi and Jonah shared was not in Jonah's head since it happened so he didn't know what was going to happen. Cyrus woke up with an empty space next to him, he rubbed his hand through his own hair to realise Jonah did it for him. It took Cyrus a good 15 minutes to get out of bed but flung himself back in when Jonah entered with breakfast on a tray. They sat in next to each other and switched the TV on, Jonah handed Cyrus a plate of sausage, bacon and chips for breakfast. The boys loaded YouTube up and watched funny videos while they were still under the covers eating their breakfast.

After breakfast, Jonah took the plates downstairs and went back up into his bathroom for a shower. "Hey wanna get in the shower with me cy?" He laughed and winked at the smaller boy who was still snuggled in to Jonah's bed. Cyrus just blushed at the thought and giggled. "Your cute when you giggle!" Jonah said before going red and slamming the bathroom door shut. "Jonah Beck just called me cute!" Cyrus played that thought over in his mind. After Jonah came out, Cyrus went in to shower and change into some of Jonah's clothes. He came out later wearing black skinny jeans and a mint green jacket that Jonah insisted he wore. The two were all ready by the time they needed to go and set off with their footsteps in perfect sync.

The girls were in the spoon just chatting about boys like they usually did. "Hey Buffy since we're going to the movies, let's watch a horror so I can cuddle into Jonah!" Buffy just squealed at her genius idea. Just then Andi shushed Buffy as Jonah and Cyrus strutted confidently through the door and took a seat in front of the ecstatic girls. "Sooooo how do you guys feel about watching a movie today?" Buffy asked Jonah and Cyrus smiling brightly. The boys exchanged a small glance and nodded back, then the teens ordered their meal and dug in. Andi couldn't help but notice Jonah feeding Cyrus baby taters and she got a little jealous that it wasn't her. Buffy motioned her to shrug it off so she did. After eating lunch for about half an hour, the four set off for the movies side by side. Cyrus's and Jonah's hands kept brushing off of each other's constantly so both pretended they didn't notice, but deep down they were both screaming in excitement. They arrived at the theatres and Andi went to get tickets with Jonah. Cyrus looked at Buffy for a minute while she noticed. "What's up cy?" She asked.

He suddenly felt the urge to tell her everything. He pulled her over to a bench outside while the other two were in line for tickets. "Cyrus your scaring me what's up?" She asked suspiciously.
"Buffy I'm jealous of Andi and Jonah!" Cyrus whisper shouted. "Cyrus do you like Andi?" Buffy asked giving the look of disappointment. Cyrus slowly shook his head and looked down at the floor. "You like Jonah." She said smiling lightly. Cyrus nodded slowly and felt like a huge weight had been taken off his chest. Buffy patted his back to comfort him while she teared up herself a little bit. Cyrus told her everything about the day before and how they bathed together naked and kissed a bit and cuddled in bed. Buffy fangirled harder than Cyrus could imagine. Jonah and Andi came out at that time and just laughed at Buffy. "What's so amazing?" Jonah asked her, giggling.
"Oh wouldn't you like to know Becky boy!!" She sang as she grabbed her ticket and ran into the movies.

As the teens entered the movie Cyrus turned pale faster than medusa could turn you to stone. It was a horror movie and Cyrus HATED horror movies. Jonah obviously noticed and grabbed Cyrus's hand squeezing it to comfort him. They sat along the back row, Buffy on the end, then Cyrus, Jonah and then Andi on the other end. Jonah was extremely uncomfortable as Andi had lay down on his shoulder. Cyrus was still frightened so Jonah took his jacket off and wrapped Cyrus in it to protect him, which made Andi a little sad. The movie began and it started with a gay couple which Buffy just nudged Cyrus lightly making him blush as his crush was next to him smiling. Jonah also accidentally nudged Cyrus earning a questionable look from the boy. The first few jump scares were not that bad at all and Cyrus was okay with them. But as he felt comfortable a woman screamed as a man came out of nowhere with a knife. Cyrus jumped out of his skin and instinctively dug his head into Jonah's arm. Andi gave him an annoyed look but Jonah held Cyrus close to him, for the rest of the movie.

When the teenagers left the movies, it was already getting dark and they decided to head back to Andi's house for the night. When they had arrived at her house, Bex had already set up 4 sleeping bags in the lounge with more snacks than the four could imagine piled in front of the TV. Everyone got into their pyjamas and were sat in a circle just talking. Bex and Bowie had already gone to bed and the house was pretty soundproof so they could raise their voices a bit. "So what do you guys wanna do now?" Andi asked smiling at everyone. "How about truth or dare!?" Buffy yelled before getting up and doing a backflip for literally no reason. She was so extra and everyone loved her for it, it was who she was. "Okay Jonah truth or dare!" Buffy then said. Jonah just smirked that trademark smile and said "Dare, obviously!"
"Okay take Andi into the other room and tell her something no one knows!" She said before remembering Cyrus liked Jonah.

Jonah took Andi's hand and dragged her to the kitchen and they sat down opposite each other. "So what've you got Jonah?" Andi asked smiling at him. Jonah had so many butterflies in his stomach just thinking about Cyrus. He wanted to tell Andi not only to get it out of his system but also to get the message across that he doesn't like her. "I like Cyrus..." he blurted out. His face red as a tomato and panting quickly. Andi's face turned from confused to ecstatically joyed! "Oh my god really! That's so amazing you two would look so cute together!!!" She fangirled the same as Buffy did when Cyrus confessed to Buffy. Now Buffy knew that Cyrus liked Jonah and Andi knew that Jonah liked Cyrus, and no one knew that the others knew! Confusing huh?

The two returned to the lounge to find Buffy and Cyrus closer than usual, Cyrus looked a little upset but Jonah guesses that Buffy calmed him down. Buffy and Cyrus have always been extremely close and it was like she was his big sister. Their relationship was so cute and Jonah couldn't help but feel a little jealous that even he wasn't that close to Cyrus. "Okay Cy- guy truth or dare!" Jonah said smirking yet again, causing Cyrus's skin to melt. "Your on Jonah Babona! Dare." Jonah looked around the room, then giggled to himself. "I dare you to come up with a cheesy pick up line for me!" He said winking at Cyrus. Cyrus obliged and thought for about a minute.

Then he crawled closer to Jonah so they weren't that far apart and said...

"Kiss me if I'm wrong, but don't dinosaurs still exist?"

Jonah had a sudden urge and kissed Cyrus on the lips, both boys connected to each other for about 5 seconds before Cyrus broke the kiss. Buffy and Andi squealed in excitement as the boys went pure blood red. Truth or dare went on for a while more after that without too much excitement except for the last date which was for Jonah to sleep in the same sleeping bag as Cyrus, which he had to do anyway as he spilled his soda on his. He climbed into Cyrus's sleeping bag and stared at his chocolate eyes. Everyone went to bed and it was just Jonah and Cyrus, staring at each other's eyes asking billions of questions silently without answers. "Goodnight Cyrus." Jonah said smiling. "Goodnight Jonah." Cyrus said smiling back. Jonah leaned in and kissed Cyrus again for a lot longer this time and it was perfect. They fell asleep as the rain made a soothing sound as it washed against the windows.

Wow 1620 words for this chapter. It was a pain to write but Cyrus's pick up line to Jonah was Gold.
