Adrien's POV
I was shocked, to say the least, I never knew this was how Marinette thought of herself, I never knew she had such low esteem.
"Marinette, M'lady, if you're not Ladybug, does that mean I'm not Chat Noir?" I asked innocently.
"I-I never thought of that." Marinette answered. I smiled sweetly, deep down knowing I won the disagreement.
She wiped my tears away, she looked at me and noticed that I was nervous about something.
"Kitty, what's wrong?" She asked.
"M'lady? Can I ask you a question?" I asked.
"Of course." She answered.
"Will you be MY girlfriend?" I asked. Emphasising the word my.
"I-I don't know what to say, Adrien," she stuttered.
"It's fine M'lady, you can take as long as you want," I said before smiling.
Well, that's a start, at least she didn't reject me or push me away like usual.
