With pursed lips and finger twirling her hair, Kimberly sat at her desk, books on top of books piled up in front of her.

As the teacher spoke her eyes wandered around the room, taking in the pale white walls and attempts to liven up the room with inspirational quotes.

With her lip tucked under her teeth, she sighs quietly, straightening up in her seat.

Just as she leans on her arm, she turns to the side when something tickles her ear.

"Hey," a hushed voice whispers.

She quickly turns, his voice settling in as she recognizes it. "Hargrove." She nods, fully turning to face him with a smile.

Billy holds his charming smile, "Reeves," he greets.

Like usual, he hadn't seen her in a few days. Both because she kept a low profile and because school was just not his thing.

With a widened smile, she leans closer to him, gazing up at him. "Can I help you?" She sassily asks, her brow raised.

Billy grumbles a laugh, "Let's get out of here," he offers, a smirk on his lips.

Her brows drop, "Don't you remember what happened last time?"

Billy smiles at the memory, "So we went a little too far but—"

"Crashing a car that wasn't either of ours was way too far," She remarks as she also smiles at the memory.

"Oh come on Kim, live a little." Billy challenges, a sly smirk creeping on his lips.

Kimberly purses her lips to the side, "I can't." She bites she bottom lip, "My dad will kill me if he finds out—"

"I guess we'll just have to keep it between us then, huh?" A smirk plays on his lips.

She sighs, running a hand through her hair. "I have to study,"

Billy rolls his eyes, "Remind me again, why are we friends?" He teases, earning a scoff from her.

She raises a brow, "Because I keep you in check," she licks her lips. "And you couldn't possibly survive school without me."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Whatever," he mumbles. "I'll drag you out of here if I have to."

Her lips purse to the side, "We won't do anything stupid, right?"

He laughs, "Whats wrong babe? Scared to ruin your goodie two shoes reputation?"

She scowls falsely, "Ew, don't call me that." She nudges his arm.

Billy cocks his head to the side, "Are we leaving or not?"

After seconds of contemplation, Kimberly grabs her bag, swinging it over her shoulder as Billy watches her with amusement.

As she stands she raises a brow, "You coming?"

Billy's lips turn upwards, a grimacing smile on his lips forming. "There's my girl."

She nudges his arm, "Stop that." With that, they quickly exit through the back door as other students watch them.

The teacher however, pays no attention to the sound of the door and continues his lesson.
