Closing her locker, Kimberly softly sighs and turns, looking around for a familiar face. One face in particular; Billy.

It had been a few days since the adventure with Billy and he was yet to show his face around school.

She was worried. Of course she was. Billy could be an asshole, sure, but their friendship was something she treasured despite all the teasing they did.

With a sigh, she walks to the class. That was, before being abruptly being stopped by Tina and Carol.

They stood in front of her, a mischievous smile on Carol's lip while a dangerous smirk tugged on Tina's lip.

Kimberly resists the urge to roll her eyes, Tweedledum and Tweedledee swore they were intimidating, yet Kim pitied them. They had nothing better to do with themselves.

"Where you going, Reeves?" Tina asks, her arms crossed and chest puffed. Carol only stood there and blew bubbles.

Kimberly clenches her teeth into a smile, "History, you?"

Tina's smile flattens, "Math."

"The you should probably get out of the way," Kimberly raises her brow.

Tina's features harden, "What did you say?"

"Math is on the other halfway," Kim offers a smile.

Tina chuckles dryly, "Stop being a smart ass, Kimberly, nobody likes a smart ass." Tina fakes a small frown.

Carole finally steps in, "Where were you the other day? You missed literature." She raises a brow while blowing a bubble.

Kimberly sighs heavily, "Why does it matter to you?" She bites back, growing annoyed.

Carol gets straight to the point, "Heard you went out with Billy." She chews her gum loudly, "That true?"

This time, she can't surpass it and rolls her eyes, "Get out of my way," Kimberly pushes past them, her shoulder harshly hitting Tina's.

Tina's jaw ticks as she roughly grasp her arm. "Watch it Reeves, I've got my eye on you." Tina seethes, shooting daggers at Kimberly with a glare.

Kimberly scoffs, "Sure you do," With that, she rips her arm off of Tina's hold and walks away.

Tina's scowl slowly turn to into a smirk, "You know what?" She turns to Carol, "We're going to have so much fun with her."

She exhales slowly, her nerves to the moon. Taking all the courage in her body, she rings the bell.

Kimberly nibbles on her bottom lip as she waits for someone to answer the door. A few seconds later, the door opens.

She suppresses a gasp when she sees who opened the door. Neil Hargrove stood at the door, a scowl on his features as he scans the girl in front of him.

"Can I help you?" Although not purposely wanting to sound rude, his tone is anything but friendly.

Kimberly nervously clears her throat and offers him a smile, "Hello, I wanted to see if I could speak to Max?"
