I sat staring at the screen in utter shock. It wasn't that I thought he said my name.

I knew he said it.

Oh god, My dumbass is probably just imagining things. Yeah.. most likely. I'll just check later when a video of the performance is uploaded onto Youtube.

I yawned as I looked at the time.

8:51pm

 I was already so tired since I had woken up at 6am today, but I still haven't even started my homework yet.

I stretched in my desk's chair and I smiled at my completed work in front of me. I printed out my work from my laptop.

My eyes widened as I noticed that it was already 1:37am.

I hadn't even touched my phone for 4 and a half hours straight. 

I gasped before quickly rushing to my phone with a smile making its ways to my face, thinking maybe J had replied. I grabbed my phone, pulling it off the charger, my smile slowly fading as I noticed that I had no notifications. 

I sighed before walking back to my desk and turning on my laptop, before starting to watch the latest BTS Run episode. After that episode had finished, I watched another one. And another. And.. maybe just one more. Soon enough, it was 3:02 in the morning. I yawned as I put my head down on the desk and closed my eyes.

Just then, the desk vibrated as a notification from my phone went off. I jolted up in my seat and grabbed the phone almost immediately. I guess it was an just automatic reaction.. towards how much I wanted to talk to him.

I mean- I didn't really care right? I literally just met him a few weeks ago.

But talking to him seemed to brighten up my day and I'm constantly thinking about our conversations. He's a really fun person to talk to.

I was happy he responded eventually but at this hour..? Why was he still up?

gguk97: why are you?

park.jae: answer me first :(

gguk97: i just got home from a dance practice

park.jae: practice?

park.jae: right now?

park.jae: why so late?

gguk97: i usually just stay back after everyone's gone to get some extra practice alone

park.jae: you need rest, bc first of all staying up already isn't good for your health and second of all, overworking yourself isn't good for you either.

gguk97: but i tend to mess up a lot on stage

gguk97: i even fell once while performing a solo track

park.jae: mistakes happen and it's perfectly fine because its just in human nature to make mistakes so don't overwork yourself

park.jae: also a solo track?

park.jae: you produce music?

park.jae: and perform on stage?

park.jae: you only told me that you were just a street dancer

gguk97: oh

gguk97: i meant

gguk97: jkdlf nevermind, forget i said anything

gguk97: im just too exhausted to process anything right now

gguk97: also you never told me why you're still up so late too

park.jae: i finished my homework around two hours ago i think while waiting for you to reply

park.jae: so i started watching BTS Run episodes and i kinda got carried away

gguk97: you actually wait for me to reply?

park.jae: yeah😂

gguk97: i thought i was the only one omg
