Levi's Pov.

While I'm riding in a horse I remember all Erwin's words

"Are you beginning to have doubts?"

'Just you wait, Erwin Smith, I'll kill you with these two hands!'

I'm holding my hood so it won't fall off while I'm still searching for Erwin but another words suddenly flashed in my mind

"If you want to save your friends then listen to me first because their life is in danger"

"I'm trying to say you must forget about the deal you made with Lobov and always stay on Farlan and Isabel's side especially this upcoming expedition"

"Why"

"This will be my final warning before your fates will come, we are now in a mission so you must forget about that job of yours, I cannot help you later since I 'm going on my own mission which is very important than this expedition, I hope you will keep my words in your mind"

I suddenly pull my reigns to stop my horse because I saw something disgusting

"What the hell.... happened here?" I mumble

Then someone suddenly fire a black round smoke

"The titan..... " the man said pointing behind me before his last breath

I look behind me and I saw a giant footprint

'No way..... Did we pass each other?

My horse galloped then we follow the titan's footprint, I can see a cut-off hand as I passed.

'I hope what I'm thinking now is not true...... What if sergeant tried to say that Farlan and Isabel will be-'

my horse tripped on a dead body so we lose our balance and I fell on a horse. I steady myself but soon I saw something that will be the beginning of my nightmare

Isabel's head

I hear a titan growling, then I saw a crawling female titan not from afar eating someone. It looked at me with its red eyes then threw someone's half body near me

'N-no Farlan'

I froze, not believing in what I saw

'This is a dream right? Please just wake me up'

Then the titan smile at me creepily

'You..... you killed my friends!! I will going to make you suffer before you die!!'

I slice its right cheek in a second and jump, then the titan growl and jump on fours trying to find me. Then I slice its left cheek then its whole body. I scream to take out my anger as I slice it's flesh to pieces like sergeant did earlier. Titan's blood is splattered everywhere even in my face as it scream in pain. I continue slicing its flesh twice faster than earlier soon its head is cut-off but I'm still not satisfied. I slice its hand to shreds then spin while slicing it's arm up to shoulder then it's nape ending its miserable life.

I whimper beside the evaporating titan as I watch Isabel's head

Then I heard horses approaching but I ignore it. Soon the rain stops and the sun shines brightly

"So, you're the only survivor. How pathetic" Erwin says

I'm getting angrier so I attack him with my blades but he stopped my blades with his hands resulting his hands to bleed

"I'm going to.... kill you, that's why I'm here!" I say angrily as my hand is shaking while pushing my blade towards him

He looks at me then use his other free hand to get something inside his cape then he threw it on the ground

'the document!!?'

"These documents revealing Lobov's crime are a fake" Erwin started to explain "The real ones are likely reached Darius Zackley now, Lobov is finished"

My eyes widen from what I hear

'Just as sergeant says a month ago'

'Levi, Erwin knows about your plan but don't worry he's not going to arrest you I know it, and he is making a plan to put Nicholas Lobov in jail'

"You knew everything from the start! You knew we were after you!!!" I shout angrily " and yet you- " then I attack but someone stop me

I calm my anger a bit but I fell on my knees, couldn't accept Farlan and Isabel's death

'Believe in us'

'Were counting on you bro!'

'It's my fault if I should've listen to-"

"Don't. you'll regret it" Erwin suddenly says "If you begin to regret, you'll dull your future decisions and let others make choices for you. All that's left for you then is to die. Nobody can foretell the outcome"

'Sergeant can foretell the outcome dude but I should've listen'

"Each decision you make holds meaning only by affecting your next decision..................were going to continue the expeditions, I expect you to come with me, Then he left me still on the ground still register what he just say"

He ride on the horse just as when he was about to leave, he saw Flagon's half body on the ground but he choose to focus on expedition so he leave

........Few months passed..........

'I don't understand'

'I've never understood'

'Even if I believe in my own strength... Even if I believe in the decisions of my trusted friends...In the end...nobody'

I look at Erwin right in front of me

'But... this man is gazing up at something I can't even see. Fine. I'll follow you. Erwin Smith'

"Forward!!"

Our horses galloped then we passed through the gate of Shiganshina to the outside walls

'I wonder if I will still meet sergeant again, because she doesn't want me to regret my decisions but don't worry.... Cause .....'
