i will be posting here the everyday work-out i do to keep myself fit and get that nice summer body.

stomach:
• fifteen (15) sit-ups
• twenty-five (25) crunches
• thirty to sixty (30-60) second plank
• thirty (30) second flutter kicks
• thirty (30) second ab bikes

legs/booty:
• fifty (50) squats
• twenty-five (25) lunges each leg
• fifty (50) calf raises
• thirty (30) doggy hydrants [each leg]
• thirty (30) donkey kicks [each leg]
• twenty-five (25) sumo jumping squats
• twenty (20) star jumps [jumping jacks]
• twenty (20) burpees
• twenty (20) side planks leg raise [each leg]
• twenty (20) jumping lunges
• twenty (20) standing leg raises
• thirty (30) hip raises

arms/boobs:
• twenty to thirty (20-30) push-ups
• two (2) minute arm circles
• twenty (20) wall push-ups
• ten (10) more regular push-ups

for actual results, be consistent with this workout, and take a two day break during the week as well. go on a walk to give your muscles a time to relax. don't forget to have water near you during this workout and take five (5) minute break intervals.
